Our food focus provides a range of options, including outstanding burgers, beer battered COD, exceptional salmon, and a scrumptious NY Strip.

When it comes to our tavern, we serve Craft Beers and Superior Spirits. Join us for this journey seven days a week. We always open at 11AM and we offer extended dinner hours seven days a week, and all day long. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY we focus more on walk-ins. So feel free to stop over.

2 people in our group never received their meal until the rest of us were already done eating. I would have thought our server would have offered an appetizer or some other sort of restitution, but he didn't act like it was a problem at all.

We dined here last night before a concert & my party was very disappointed. We were so excited to sit on the patio (which is beautiful), & happy to see there was a live performer. He played the sax and was amazing, however, the music was so loud we could barely hear our own conversations. The service was slow, but understandable since they seemed understaffed. We waited over an hour for our food. When it finally came, it was stone cold. I had ordered a steak medium rare, & it was so undercooked, the inside was completely raw/purple. Our server was very kind & we told him of our issues with the food. He got his manager who came to the table & was so rude initially. We told him about the cold food/raw steak & he held his arms up & said "so what do you want me to do about it?!" No apology. We had to leave to get to our concert so we asked if he could comp the food, since we weren't able to enjoy it. He did do this for us, which we appreciated. When he did come back again to clear the food, he did eventually apologize.

Our server was very good! He was super funny! But the kitchen was very slow. Made reservations at 7:15 and didn’t get our food until 9:30. It was definitely not the servers fault they were very short kitchen staff even though I made the reservations before hand.

Do not use open table here as the restaurant has no host / hostess and is not prepared to take a reservation, especially on a Saturday night. We showed up and told them we had a reservation and they had no idea of how that would even work. We left and went somewhere else but want to share feedback that when you book here they will not have a table reserved for you. Go somewhere else, Grand Rapids has amazing restaurants that know how to reserve a table.

Came here first thing on a Sunday and our waitress introduced herself as being new and working on her own. It took awhile to get our drinks but understandable given the situation. After ordering food, we had to wait an hour and half to get it in waves, two people never received it. We went up and asked several times at the counter while other workers sat on their phones behind the bar instead of jumping in to help this poor girl who somehow kept a smile on her face despite running around non-stop. They eventually gave us a to-go box for the last two meals but with the wrong food. Cool looking venue but hope managing team gets their act together.

Had a reservation weeks in advance. Super bummed about this rough experience. 1.5 hrs to get food. Insane wait times and short staffed. Icing on the cake is when they hit you with an automatic 20% gratuity because of your party size. Comical at that point but not worth any hassle. Bill was paid and we will not return. Unfortunately.

Great ambience. Loved the live music. Service was great. Menu was slightly limited but what we had was good. We will definitely return when we can enjoy the outdoor patio area.

I was in town on business and met my kids for dinner. It was easy to walk from my hotel and we had an excellent conversation with delicious food.

The good: Cute place, great prices and kind staff. The host was kind enough to move our pre-set table with waters from a high top to a regular table as we had some elderly family members with us that wouldn’t do well in those tall seats. The bad: food took a long time (almost 45 minutes) and everyone was served at different times. The last person in our group was served after half of the party finished eating. Food was okay - eggs were overcooked and there was a long hair in my husband’s breakfast burrito

The service was great. The food was good however a couple of the entrees were missing key elements to the meal making it less satisfying. Our server did try to fix the problem however it did take away from the overall experience with having to wait etc. the menu is much smaller than we remember from pre covid so options were not as plentiful but again server great food good and ambiance decent

I will say that our service was outstanding. Our server was thorough and timely. What could have been better was the fact that they booked a party immediately following our 5:45 reservation. I was told about the party ahead of time, and thought an hour and fifteen minutes would be sufficient time. Unfortunately, two of our party were late by 30 minutes, delaying our dinner. We felt very rushed. There were two other tables that were dining, but I can’t speak for their experience. While everyone’s food was phenomenal, my daughter’s chicken tenders were definitely over fried. Other than that, we did enjoy the evening.

Nasty place. One of the servers was vaping while going table to table. The bartender and same server were spaying his hair with a spray bottle and doing his hair behind the counter. They don’t have wrapped straws so our server brought the box to our table for us ‘to pick one out’. Our coffee was delivered after our meal (we were there for brunch). The server kept telling us it was still brewing and then kept saying it was heating up. My scrambled eggs were brown and the bacon was half cooked at best. They didn’t even bother to cut the French toast. One in the party asked for a side of guacamole or avocado. He said they don’t have it. Avocado toast is literally on the menu. . Presentation was awful. Stay away. So gross.

This was our first time and it was fantastic. The vibe is laidback and Ian took such great care of us. The food was wonderful. We started with the Brussel Sprouts and also the Billion Won Bacon. Just do it!

First time there, very impressed. Nice quiet outside seating, service was prompt and attentive (well done Chase!) and the food was delicious. Really noisy inside (trivia nite) would've been a problem if the weather was bad, but the patio was perfect.

They seemed to be scrambling but no one let us know why food took so long. We ordered crab Rangoon dip appetizer and it came out after about 30 min and the chips were stale. When we asked if they could get us fresh they said that they all were stale. Gave us Tortilla chips instead, but by the time we go those the dips was cold. We ordered drink and they too took long and came out without the garnish. It just seemed like he polish and attention to detail was missing from the crew that night. The biggest problem for me though was that no one said why or gave us an update as to what was happening. A simple "our kitchen is short staffed, or we have a large party in front of you" if that were the case would have been helpful.

The experience overall was quite poor, and it was directly related to being severely understaffed on a Saturday of all days. The waiter and other staff were stretched way too thin. The drinks were incorrectly and poorly made and the food took forever and then came out cold. We didn't get our main meals until almost 2 hrs after we sat down. The waiter was very nice and extremely apologetic, gave us a discount on our food.. It wasn't his fault if a business doesn't give their staff what they need to run properly. I would not go back.

Service was very slow - an hour to get the most basic food (chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, and a wrap). The outdoor patio was great with live music, but I would spend my money elsewhere unless management can really improve service here.

I reserved a table outside, it had sprinkled earlier and I had to push to get a table outside, I felt as tho I was in convincing the staff. The server would put something on the table and run away before we could even ask for anything else. I think we were only checked in 1 time during our meal. The food itself was ok, nothing special but good. Don't bother with the queso or salsa... both come from a jar and are not good.

Restaurant was out of alot of food, out of supplies also. The staff told us no one had restocked the night before. Service took along time to get drinks.

We had high hopes based on the reviews. Great ambiance but when crowded, not the best choice. Long wait for all items. Was told by the waiter that the kitchen was very behind. Waited 45 min for chips and salsa as an appetizer. Learned 45 min after ordering that some items are no longer available. When hungry college kids don’t finish the meal after waiting 90 minutes, you know that the food isn’t great.
