I took my mom and family here for the Mother's Day Brunch. Despite them charging a whopping $85/person for a simple buffet, the food was extremely mediocre. But the thing that made this most frustrating was them charging for iced teas...yes, you heard that right: charging $85/person for a brunch, where the most "extravagant" item was overcooked prime rib, and having the gaul to NOT include basic drinks (like tea and juice) as part of that cost...well, I was surprised to say the least. I don't trust this restaurant to operate and charge fairly, put simply.

This is strictly based on Mother’s Day brunch/day of. I was really looking forward to dining here as we have been multiple times with a regular menu and sat outside. This buffet was a first for us. I know it’s a busy day with tons of reservations but it seemed the staff did not know which section they were in, waiters helping those that just sat down and as for us, we waited a good 15 min to get a drink order in. Our waitress was very kind and ended up being attentive but I’m sure she didn’t know her section at first. So we went and started to get food in the meantime, which no one told us where to go. Food was good, thought there would be more of a selection but it still tasted good. We finally got our drinks in but overall it just seemed that waiters and other staff were just trying to get situated. I did like that a few managers came by to wish happy Mother’s Day, we were enjoying the weather and our kids. I liked that they had fun activities for the kids and Photo Booth but I felt my expectations weren’t met. It was pricy to not have the staff on point. So we will go back for the regular menu but not for the buffet.

Disappointed. The menu was very limited. The service was horrible. The waitress would disappear for long periods of time and was not good at checking on us. The food was okay but nothing special. The dining room was very warm which made it uncomfortable. Parking was IMPOSSIBLE. I would not return.

I made a brunch reservation for 11:45am for 4 people. We get there a couple minutes early and check in with the person who was at the front. He brings us back to the outdoor patio and then tells us our table isn’t ready yet and that it will be “just a minute”. He then tells us that we can wait at the bar. We get a couple drinks and I check the time it’s been 15 minutes. I go to the front to follow up because the guy never came back to get us our table. I tell the hostess up front that we’ve been waiting and we had reservations. She then says I never checked in and that she’s the only hostess. I tell her that the guy up front told us to wait. Apparently he never checked us in. We finally get our table, waited a few minutes again because they never gave us menus. Very disappointed with my first experience here, but I have to say the food was good.

We made reservations but we really didn't need to cuz the place was a ghost town. It took at least 15 minutes of silence before we were even offered coffee or tea or something to drink very uncomfortable. We both ordered off the brunch my husband's eggs benedict was the worst that he's ever had, they didn't even toast the English muffins. My Caesar salad I turned it back into them it was dry not enough dressing not enough parmesan. I surprised my husband by taking him there and it was a bad decision

Went to celebrate my dads bday and thought it his would be great to hangout in the patio with a great view of sunset. While the wait staff were nice and attentive, they are so busy taking care of the inside part of the restaurant there was a long period between ordering our appetizers and ordering our entrees. Some food items seem over salted (chicken added to the roasted beet salad, my tuna sandwich, and our side of onion rings). They gave us a deep dish cookie to celebrate my dads bday so that was nice, but in case you notice a crowd and it’s towards the end of the day order your apps and entrees at the same time

The Grill host and our server Rachel were extremely accommodating and empathetic as our family was going through a tough time on Easter while we attended the special Brunch service. The food and ambiance were also awesome, but the caring nature of the staff is what set them apart.
