Much better experience than I was having there for a while! Bar tenders were attentive and helpful and came around often enough I wasn’t waving them down. Food was fantastic and there wasn’t a longer than usual wait for anything!

Great! Went for Mother’s Day lunch. We were a little late for brunch. Great service and food. French onion soup was amazing! Friendly staff. Excellent hostess for a busy day. Had a party of 8. We will be back. :)

Went for Mother’s Day with an early brunch reservation. Arrived before they got busy. Sat outside. The weather was nice, but the tall table was uncomfortable and difficult to navigate for some in our party. Was also very cramped for our party of 7. Initially we were not gives brunch menus, only the regular ones. We had to specifically request them. We were under the impression there was a special menu for Mother’s Day, but if there was we didn’t see it. The food was brought to our table two plates at a time by our server. She really needed either a large serving tray, or a runner to help her. (Although we saw the table of 2 next to us received their food from our server plus a helper — one plate for each server!) Our food arrived cold. Cold undercooked hashbrowns, cold Benedict. The caramel French toast was missing the caramel sauce. Clearing the plates was also slow — and done by our server. It also took a long time to find her to ask for our check. I understand that Mother’s Day can be a busy day, but overall this was a very disappointing experience. Will not chose to dine here again.

Good food and atmosphere for groups, watching sports, or just having a drink. Not a fine dining experience. Prices are a little steep, but everything is getting more expensive. Average about $40/ person.

Patio area is outstanding. Service was great, anticipated our needs, Food is a bit pricey but everything is nowadays. Definitely will be back

Lobster BLT is to die for. Great ambience. Service was pretty good, a bit of a delay initially but it was a concert night at The Factory so they were busy. Will be back!

Slowest service and possibly the worst food I’ve had in the valley. Incredibly disappointed. No effort was put into the service or the food. Maybe they were just having a bad night.

Fish & chips had more breading than fish. Chicken tenders were over cooked. Server was by ONE time after our food. He stopped by about 45 seconds after our food was delivered then was never SEEN again. Water glasses were filled after taking away dishes & dropping off the bill. Not sure I will visit again.
