Our evening started out ok but then went down hill from there. It seemed they did not have enough waiter help. One waitress for nine tables does not work. During the meal we wanted another glass of wine but once our meal was delivered we were not checked on again. I had made my reservations a month prior and was the second table to arrive that night. Where were we seated??? Right in the middle of the room. If a person makes a reservation a month out it should be thought of as a special night out. A couple who walked in without reservations were seated over in a nice quiet corner. Overall a little disappointed.

We went to Brick Hall after a recommendation, and was highly impresed. Brian our server was fantastic, the general manager was spot on and friendly and the chef prepared incredibly fresh and delicious dishes. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place... everything was perfect! My mom and I went for Sunday Supper which was a full meal including a cesar salad, lasagna and dessert. We tried both lasagna options (meat or veggie) which did not disappoint, both full of flavor and a unique take on the classic! This meal would not be complete without a superior Oregon wine, they have an amazing selection with one of my absolute favorites, Copper Mountain Vineyards.

What a wonderful find! Short but diverse menu with a host of great choices both pasta and meat-based. Lots of options for shared plates. The most amazing service for both food and wine, with the co-owner incredibly knowledgeable about all of the wine choices. The atmosphere is airy and yet cozy, and while they are relatively new, by the time late Spring arrives you might really need to make reservations a few weeks ahead.

This was a bit of a gamble for a Valentines dinner. But we enjoyed every aspect of the event. All courses were enjoyable and the wines were wonderful. They are still a newer restaurant but showing good quality and service. The wine pairing was a guest vintner

Bryan gave us the best service we’ve ever had. The food was so amazing, I can see why they are so highly rated. Very quiet music was a nice vibe and everything was extraordinary fresh. Thank you guys.

Honestly a pass for future visits, the food is innovative and there were some highlights of things we would have loved to try, but sadly they have way too many restrictions… the price fix menu, was only available if the entire table ordered it… we had 5 and two were not interested so it was a no go. We asked about ordering dinner portions of items on the price fix menu, denied.. same with the dessert offering… we would have ordered 4 orders of it, denied.. the items on price fix were not on the regular menu and there were no other specials. All in all too weird a concept for a restaurant that was not at all busy.

Awesome food and service! We came for the feast of seven fishes and left very happy wined and dined! And then Dessert! Beyond deliciousness, it was all so pretty too! Chef Nic is so creative with the textures, tastes, aromas and presentation! It's definitely worth the drive

My wife and I cannot express how much we enjoyed and appreciated the wonderful dining experience we enjoyed at Brick Hall. Britt took such excellent care of us, and Nick was a joy to speak with. Portland dining should be wary of this Dayton gem. We are already planning on returning and bringing friends. Every item we enjoyed immensely, and I want to try them all. Thank you so much for such a perfect evening!

I had a group of 10 for a business dinner. I walked through the whole menu with Breanna ahead of time and she was amazing in helping me create a menu. We were worried about not having enough food but let me tell you, there was SO much food! It was all delicious! Chef Nic really out did himself and we really appreciated him coming to the table to talk with us. I received so many compliments on picking Brick Hall for our dinner but really the compliments should go to Breanna, Brad and Nic! Many of the locals in my group plan to go back again.

Pick this place first! Dining at Brick Hall this past weekend was one of the great highlights of our experiences we've had in the Willamette Valley since moving here a year ago. We had a group of five, and ordered a bunch of different plates to share, which felt like the best way to enjoy what they had to offer. The cocktail menu was lovely, their wine list was well curated. We enjoyed Breanna and Chef Nic being super hands on and sweet the whole evening. The ambiance in the building cannot be beat- the old church setting is cozy and vibrant at the same time. It's a very special place and we will be back!

All around great experience. The space is amazing - it is clear so much care was taken in restoring and updating the space while preserving its history. Add in great service and amazing food, you really can't go wrong. Highly recommend.
