Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

    Nice restaurant. Food was good, although pricey. Service was fine, but not exceptional. Experience not as good as previous dinners that we have had there. We did like the fact that this the staff hand signed our menu for our anniversary… nice touch.

    Atmosphere and server Don Ho. Was amazing. I made reservations for 415 to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and thought we would be able to take advantage of the happy hour specials, but was informed after being seated that we were not able to get the happy hour special. Embarrassing. . The salmon, although it looked amazing was flavorless very disappointed in the salmon. The seafood platter was the best thing we’ve eaten in a while. It was really nice to see a smile on my husband‘s face.

    We came for our 25th anniversary and were not disappointed! We had a wonderful table and were well taken care of by our waiter Nick and his trainee. Seated in a semi-private booth back towards the private rooms and it was a great quiet space and good for observing everything happening in the restaurant. Food & drinks were top notch, you must try the pistachio cake on the spring menu if they have it when you're there! We were not rushed or pestered but were able to enjoy each others company and each course or beverage in it's due time. Thank you for such a memorable night out!

    We came to celebrate a birthday today and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. Starting with the host staff who all wished my husband a happy birthday, to our server, Hannah, and the general manager, Roger, the service was truly exceptional! We ordered the chicken dinner for two and, WOW, some of the best fried chicken I’ve had! We finished with dessert (worth every calorie!). From beginning to end, a fantastic dining experience!

    Tonight’s dinner was an adventure. Due to tornado warnings in the area we needed to evacuate to the basement of the hotel. Staff handled this well. Timing was unfortunate as our food had just arrived. After returning to the restaurant, we finished our then cold meal. Again, staff was outstanding. Even cold, my steak was quite tasty!

    They recently brought back the original manager who opened the restaurant, Roger Chu. He is quickly bringing back the quality service and food this restaurant originally had. It's great to see him back!
