Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

Inspired by a natural propensity for classic duos, Brick and Brine isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a space of masterful craftsmanship that represents a strong foundation of social connectedness. The food and service is always outstanding - but the pacing of service is always so slow (a deliberate choice, I'm sure). I had dinner with two girlfriends and while we were definitely gabbing, we were there for nearly 3 hours.

We had an awesome experience, the only thing I would redo is dessert, the Baked Aalaska was not very good but everything ese was great! Thank you to the staff for making our anniverary a great experience!

Fried chicken and champagne dinner was great. Great taste and enough to feed 3 people! Loved the sides !!!

BEST anniversary restaurant! As soon as we walked in for our reservation the hostess was waiting with rose pedals and a celebratory "happy anniversary!". The staff were all very energetic and professional. When we sat down we were immediately asked for our drink orders and given again a celebratory congrats. One amazing touch was the added menu with all the staff's signatures on the front where it said Happy Anniversary. Now, I am sure they use this for everyone coming in for this celebration, but for my first time at this restaurant, this was amazing! The entire dinner was delicious, including the drinks and the wonderful add-on of the chocolate dipped strawberries on a plate that also celebrated our big day, in addition to on the house champagne. Never have I felt more appreciated at a restaurant. Now...I will say, as a person that doesn't normally go out for dinner this is a dinner that you need to SAVE for. You are buying everything separate. No sides are included in your dinners. You need to pay upwards of $10 for a small dinner salad and asparagus, each. I was a bit taken by this price tag. However, if you plan ahead with this cost in mind (about $75/pp or more), you will definitely enjoy your right. We ordered the pork chop and the beef tip pasta. AMAZING! We also ordered the charcuterie board and it was out of this world. haha Our waitress, Delaney, was extraordinary and gave the perfect amount of attentiveness and privacy. Thank you Brick and Brine for a GREAT experience!

I made a reservation 4-6 weeks ago for a family members birthday and requested specific seating for 6 by windows. It was not accommodated and I was not contacted in advance. In the future I’ll make sure to call the restaurant to confirm seating requests. We dine here on a semi-regular basis so was very disappointed. The food was good and our server did a great job. I take issue with the cost of food. I eat at high-end restaurants all across the country traveling for business. This is Kalamazoo people! I expect to pay more at this type of restaurant, but in my opinion it is WAY over priced for the market and the quality from a total value standpoint. They don’t have any problems with having a full house and there are very limited choices in Kalamazoo so I guess they can justify it.

Nice restaurant. Food was good, although pricey. Service was fine, but not exceptional. Experience not as good as previous dinners that we have had there. We did like the fact that this the staff hand signed our menu for our anniversary… nice touch.
