Brick and Brine is located on the 1st floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Downtown Kalamazoo. Our restaurant is right off of the Kalamazoo Mall past Old Burdick's Bar & Grill.

    Our server Lauren was excellent. She took great care of everyone at our table. We had a great overall experience and will definitely be back again.

    Brick and Brine is our wedding anniversary go-to restaurant. My wife and I love sharing the charcuterie, the Cut for 2 (tomahawk ribeye) and a bottle of wine. The entire staff is amazing, which has made our experience too notch every time we visit!

    The atmosphere and the service was great. Our waitress Ana was wonderful. That is the only good thing I could say about the restaurant. The food was quite disappointing it was just ok for a gourmet restaurant. Nothing out of the ordinary. My drink was a mocktail and it was fine just a ginger soda and a mint leaf. My husband had a Bloody Mary and the glass was hard to hold as it was quite messy with the spices all over the glass. Not really any alcohol in it!!! It was our 15 years anniversary and the dinner unfortunately was not memorable!!!

    Sat at the bar after making a reservation and had an amazing drink, dinner, and time. My fried chicken was so good, and I was jealous of all the other dishes around me. I cannot wait to go back!

    The food and service is always outstanding - but the pacing of service is always so slow (a deliberate choice, I'm sure). I had dinner with two girlfriends and while we were definitely gabbing, we were there for nearly 3 hours.
