Available June 2 through June 20, Brezza will offer a special three-course, prix fixe menu priced at $90 per person featuring guest favorites including Heirloom Caprese, Lumache Bolognese, and house-made cannoli. A portion of each meal's proceeds will directly support Three Square Food Bank and the 1 in 8 Southern Nevadans who are food insecure.

Server forgot to put in side, charged for ice sphere for scotch & ice cubes for a drink. Hilton "manager" came in a received better treatment than us being customers. Hilton overall service was terrible at Resort World.

Business dinner for 4. Large portions. Clam app was very good, calamari was ok. The chicken cacciatore could have used a more flavorful sauce. No capers were apparent and included about 2 olives. Short rib was very good.

Out of the ashes of my favorite Vegas reastaurant, Carnevino at Palazzo, comes Brezza at Resorts World. Not intended to copy Carnevino, but rather to take inspiration from it. Some dishes are as good, some are merely almost as good. But they are all good. Octopus appetizer and Ribeye entree are standouts Either dish could feed two people. Mashed potatoes with guanciale and egg is another favorite. Service is generally excellent. Especially at the bar. This is a new favorite in the making. Don't miss it.

The found is amazing! They have the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had and the tuna tartare was SO good! We’ll be back the next time we come to town.

We came on a Sunday night. We felt welcomed by the whole staff as soon as we stepped into the restaurant. Our server was wonderful, he made good recommendations and was constantly making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We ordered the octopus appetizer per his recommendation, the scallops and the off menu pasta with fresh black truffle. Everything was delicious but the pasta was definitely the star of the show. Some of the best pasta we have ever had. We had tickets for a show coming up and our server made sure everything was brought out quickly. We also had some wine and a cocktail and we were just so impressed with how delicious everything was overall. We loved Brezza and would highly recommend it.

Good food and good service. Had 3 apps (octopus, charcuterie board, and salad). All good. Really liked the octopus and the beans and seasoning with it. Mains were scallops and pork chops with pea sides. Peas were undercooked and pork was just ok. Scallops were delicious

I read a lot of reviews about this restaurant, and was very much looking forward to a high quality Italian meal. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food presented, even though the menu items sounded great! We left after having one cocktail, and appetizers. Would not recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The appetizers were delicious. The pasta dishes were a bit underwhelming. Best dish was the short ribs.

The food was okay… ordered several things but really only thought one of the dishes would be worthy of a return trip. Atmosphere was good, but service wasn’t great. We had trouble getting drink refills and then sat for a very long time waiting for our food while other tables that arrived after us continued to get their food. Not sure what happened there. Would have been better if we didn’t have to flag someone down for a drink refill. That’s pretty basic and would have expected that to be an easy thing to attend to.

The restaurant is very nice and the space comfortable. Service was excellent, but a little slow at times. There was nothing bad to say about the food we ordered, from the Caprese salad and asparagus side to the Veal Parm, everything was very good and decent or better sized portions. The only other dig again the restaurant is that it’s about 15% more expensive than it should be.

This is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. If you’re lucky enough to eat here, eat here and make sure to get the pasta courses and every dessert on the menu. Chef Nicole really understands delicious.

Overall solid food. Really simple execution but big flavors. Vegas is full of mediocrity and the food here is great! Not over the top, not fussed, just good and solid. Will be back again when I am back in town next week.

I was hosting people from overseas and was looking for a special farewell meal. Everything that could go wrong did during our meal. It was an hour between finishing the salad and delivery of the main course. The food was warm, not hot. Once we finished, the dinner plates were removed, but the table was never cleaned. I had to ask to see the dessert rt menu after being ignored by the waiters. We ordered dessert, before the dessert came, we were presented the bill. After speaking with the manager, he covered our meal, which we appreciated. As I explained to the manager, it was an epic failure of every part of the restaurant, and it was personally embarrassing for me.

Great night out with my sisters. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful with food selections. The caesar salad was amazing and the best I’ve ever had. Scallops and bass were light, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Chocolate torte and cannoli were a perfect sweet ending to our meal. Will definitely be on the list of places to come back to on future trips to Vegas.

Food, cocktails, and mocktails were all very good. Our appetizers -Octopus and calamari- were absolutely fantastic. The steak had a great wood-grilled flavor but arrived a little underdone (we ordered medium and the steak arrived mostly medium rare but was rare in the center). We actually prefer medium rare but often order medium at nice restaurants assuming they will generally deliver a steak in the medium rare to medium range (medium rare plus never quite seems to translate). The gnocchi was underwhelming. Flavors were good but the gnocchi were quite dense (perhaps a different style than we were expecting). The stand out of the night, interestingly enough, was the cannoli dessert. My daughter is still talking about them and is trying to negotiate for a repeat visit before we leave simply to have the cannoli again!

Fantastic food. Servers were really polite and considerate about my boyfriend’s allergies. Prices weren’t crazy, had a nice romantic meal. Would easily go back again.

Mainly disappointed with this experience. Ordered oysters on the half shell. I believe they cut one oyster up and put them on several half shells. The octopus was very tasty. Main course was also not well portioned 6 raviolis. (Very tasty with excellent sauce) I left hungry and spent over $200 for two people. Service was excellent but they need to rethink the portion size.
