Executive Chef Ray Garcia will team up for a first-of-its-kind six-course dining experience celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Mexico on Thursday, June 6 at Brezza Italian in Resorts World Las Vegas. This unique collaboration will showcase Chef Brisson and Chef Garcia blending iconic Mexican coastal flavors with classic favorites to craft an elevated menu seamlessly combining both chef’s signature styles accompanied by Chef-led tableside moments, in addition to an expertly curated wine pairing. Cancellations with-in 48 hours of the event and no shows will be charged full price.

Brezza Italian is proud to participate in Three Square Food Bank’s Restaurant Week, which provides thousands of meals to hungry people throughout Southern Nevada. Available June 2 through June 20, Brezza will offer a special three-course, prix fixe menu priced at $90 per person featuring guest favorites including Heirloom Caprese, Lumache Bolognese, and house-made cannoli. A portion of each meal's proceeds will directly support Three Square Food Bank and the 1 in 8 Southern Nevadans who are food insecure.

We waited an hour after being seated for our food. Service delayed I had to return a drink because it wasn’t what the server stated it would be Salad was good Also menu online did not match menu the restaurant provided

We had dinner at a time when things were slow. Later on the restaurant filled up but we got there at the right time for us. My wife had the scallops and I had the Chicken Cacciatore. Both dishes came out promptly and were great. Our server was very personable and helpful. The dessert of Chocolate Torte was awesome!

Very noisy restaurant with lots of help running around but poor service overall. Staff seemed very confused. Very over priced.

Cocktails were truly unique and inspired! Food was excellent. Our group also grew a few times, and the staff was great about accommodating everyone. Server was fun, and wonderful at giving us recommendation. She was very knowledgable about the menu.

Great food and service. Wine a bit expensive for what was offered. Halibut was outstanding as was pasta. This place won’t disappoint.

Hostess set the tone with bad attitude. Our server Laurie was very good, best part of the experience. Caesar salad 2/5, steak 1/5, pasta 3.5/5. No need to return.
