Being Cinco De Mayo I was prepared for the place to be busier than usual and loud. The music was lit and the food/drinks were great & strong. The issue I had was the waiter was extremely extremely slow. He had a really small section and me and my date were seated second in his section. It took him 10 mins to come to take our initial order, then our entrees came out 25 mins later but no drinks came. We ordered waited an additional 10 mins to hold off eating to wait for our drinks. After those drinks, we ordered 2 more rounds which took almost 30 mins each time to receive. He frequently ignored us and admitted twice he forgot about us with the drinks. I get it was busy but I don’t think I would go back on a super busy night.

Great music but Waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy TOO LOUD!!!! We left after 1 round of drinks and headed to another restaurant because of the volume.

The vibe of the place was pretty vibrant and enjoyable. But the service I can say was pretty poor. Food came out really fast which was great, but trying to get a hold of waiter was hard. So many people were around but they weren’t attending as much .

Took a 45 min train from time square to here to experience this on sour trip to NY. Glad we did. Great food/service/drinks and the music was great. Maybe not for you if you don’t like loud and good rnb club and pop hits.

I just wanted to tell everyone that the food was delicious. The good was a good value, the oxtails were falling off the bones. When you go there asks for Andrew, he hospitality was excellent and was he very nice and friendly. The service he provided was top notch. Shout out to the owner he gave me and family a round of shots, keep doing your thing black man, we will be back soon.

The ambience was nice but the hostess was awful. Her customer service was terrible, my party and I had 2 reservations and we were unable to be seated together.

Hookah was over priced. 50$ for it to go out in about ten minutes. 30$ for a refill way over priced. I could’ve bought my own supplies for that. You lose out on tips being greedy like that. Don’t get me wrong I paid it, the price is that price. It’s excessive though. Overall it was chill, just need upgrades and deep cleaning in them bathrooms. Food was ok though waffles was a bit dry but good, wings flavor was good, but scary big.

Worst experience I ever had. They do not honor reservation times, they have horrible service, and it is completely unorganized and unprofessional. Do not waste your time coming here.

The site stated that were open from 2pm. My reservation was for 2:30pm, we got there for 2pm (not a problem, we didn’t mind wait).. However the restaurant had no servers, bartenders, kitchen (in short NOTHING was prepared)!We didn’t have any issue with that either! The issue was that the employees or whomever were in the store never once came up to us, to introduce themselves or at the least acknowledge that they had patrons waiting! So we left!

Was celebrating my partners fathers birthday, thank goodness his food came first we didnr even notice we didn't have our plates till about 30 mins later after we realized the table next to us received there food (they were sat maybe 40 mins prior) I went to the bar to ask our waitress but was approached by beautiful women in the all green she assisted me and the food came out 1 by 1 about 10-15 min later. The drinks were good we did the electric Pineapple Mimosa Pitcher and the Peach Belini over all the experience was nice and we enjoyed supporting a black business

Had a reservation at 4:30 for 4, all 4 ppl were there 15 min prior to the reservation time. Checked in was told table was not ready snd waited 20 min for a table. Finally got seated but the waitress assigned to our area did not greet or acknowledge our table. Waved down a waiter, who took our order, he was nice and attentive. He checked on the table to make sure we were good. Waited 30/45 min for our food, which was ridiculous. The food was good but the overall service was trash except our exceptional waiter. Was very disappointed, was celebrating my bday but this was not a celebration. Will not be returning and will not refer this restaurant. They need to do much better, just unfollowed. Horrible service!!

Food was amazing!!!!!!! Seasoned well and tasty! Drink glasses were dirty🥴. The establishment was very disorganized. It didn’t seem understaffed however it seemed like only half of the staff were actually working. It was so bad, we witness a party of 4+ walk out on their bill. This place has huge potential but definitely is in need of strong leadership presence!

Host was very accommodating that we pushed out reservations back since someone was running extremely late. However service was VERY SLOW. Waited about 1 and half for our food. We got composited “20%off” big whoop meanwhile tip is included 20%. All I ordered was a simple chicken and waffles. The time I got my food everyone was done eating. Most drinks are good and strong. I ordered a raspberry margarita they changed me for the raspberry lol. Lemon drop was better. Place is aesthetically pleasing.

I was seated 10 minutes earlier than my reservation, which I love. There were not many ppl on staff but the young gentleman with the locks and cool shades seated us and offered us vibes upon the walk-in. Not a beat was skipped ! Will be back again

It was the absolute worse. Made 9pm reservations and did not get seated until 1030pm. Half my party received their food while the half did not. Same with drinks. They ran out of beef. I will never go there again. I don’t recommend. The general manager Chris is rude. Chelsea our waiter tried to make things right. The manager also jo she tried to smooth things over. But the damage was done. My bday dinner was ruined.

Some of the worst and wildest service I’ve ever received in my life. I’m unsure how they’re still open if I hadn’t went up to seek out a waiter to not only give me water, but also to get my order in and get my check so I could leave I’d probably still be there. It’s outrageous for any establishment to have such a lack of service And accountability.

Everything was a 10/10. Our waitress was also our bartender and she did not disappoint in either categories. She was attentive and pleasant. Definitely will be coming back.

Such a great experience. the food was amazing and the service was just as good. Our server monet i hope i am spelling it right was a sweetheart! She recommended great drinks and was amazing with us. You could go here for the hookah or the drinks or just to have a good meal!

Service was slow. The door didn’t close all the way so it was cold in the front eating area. The bake Mac and cheese was like warm. And the mimosa flight was more juice then anything. But the braised lamb chops were delicious

Made 3:30pm reservations. Got there at about 3:19pm and there weren’t any tables so we were seated at the bar to wait. Could tell that it was understaffed. After maybe 15 minutes we were told that the back opened at 4pm. Not sure why reservations would be open if there weren’t any tables. Service was definitely very slow but I won’t take away from the excellent food and vibes. The music was on point. We had the oxtail Mac and jerk chicken penne pasta which were delicious. The mimosa flight was everything. I would like to commend the staff for bringing out a cake and saying happy birthday to my daughter. We were surprised and she loved it. I will definitely be back for a karaoke night.
