This used to be much better. It is now a theme park version of the idea than the idea itself. Meats are trotted out in a timed sequence that is uninspired. The sides are dull, tiny and restricted to two orders when your host appears on time to say the next bit of the script. Then they stand around wondering why you have not left yet.

Complete disappointment in comparison to our meal here 14 months ago. Our meal last night and experience was in no way worth 170. Meat was worse than remembered Sides were bad Just don’t go here We went here 14 months ago and it was fantastic and fun But, our experience last night had made us decide to never return

Did not receive everything on the skewer menu, service was quite poor as the waitress did not come around once to ask if we needed any more drinks/sides. The food tasted amazing but a little bit disappointed in the service.

It is hard to have all you can eat dining when you need to wait for the food to come. You do not have control what’s gonna come so you have no choice but to take it to have something on your plate. Otherwise, you will need to wait again if you skip or pass.

It’s been 13 of us, first time at this restaurant, absolute disappointing. They feeding people like birds, they brought one skewer of food for all of us! Imagine one skewer for 13 of us that was funny, they charged us 5% more for gratuity fee which is not fair and as far as I know gratuity isn’t mandatory but apparently, over there is mandatory . They’re trying to feed us by cheap foods and sides not the actual food.we asked the waitress for food but took ages to bring us one skewer, it was a joke! Definitely, we will not recommend this restaurant to anybody. Not worth it at all. At the end, they already charged us 650$ as deposit when we booked in but they didn’t take that money from our bill and charged us again, if I didn’t notice would they pay our money back?!

Service from both our waitress Maria and the manager for seeing to my wives food allergies were exceptional, both went above and beyond. Food was amazing, ate way too much.. we’ll be back for sure

Unfortunately we were unable to dine here as our choice of the bar menu was unavailable due to "lack of bar tables". This was despite the restaurant having many tables available. These tables were only available for the "all you can eat" option ( $72 per person option). We were disappointed as we had made a booking to enable a quick meal before a show. When we asked why we could not have the bar menu at one of the many available tables the restaurant we were told they did not want to "mix up the tables". In short, staff were not helpful and so we left.

Been coming here since 2011 when it was in Leichhardt. Every single time we ever come to Sydney we make sure we have either lunch or dinner at Braza. The staff are always super friendly and the food comes out so quick. I wish there was one up in Newcastle / hunter region!!!

Food arrived quick and consistently, staff are very friendly until after the 45 minutes mark where the food were hard to come by unless you ask.

Very good service, the food was great and the lady assigned to our table looked after us very well. She made sure we were getting enough food and multiple repeats of the cuts that we liked. We had young kids with us who loved the experience Overall great value for money and great customer service

Fast paced environment in terms of food rounding to the table, can be a little intimidating for first timers however it’s all a part of the experience. Speak up if a particular serve of protein didn’t make it to your table they will make sure it gets to you!

One of our favourite restaurants in Sydney. Always celebrate birthdays and special events there. Food is always outstanding but make sure you arrive hungry! You will want to try everything at least once! Service is excellent and very fast. Recommend to any meat lovers

The best variety of meats and seafood flowing throughout our 2 hour seating. If you’re hungry and don’t know what to order but feel like both meat and seafood then Braza is the best place to go with a group or even if it’s a date night. This place never disappoints every time I visit.

Food was good, service was good. I am disappointed I booked a month in advanced and requested a good table and was given a table in front of the entry to the bathroom. It made the experience horrible. The staff did not attend to us straight away. As they expected us to order sides. I would not bother booking so early in advance to be seated in front of a bathroom. I don’t think I will return. I hope this is seen by management.
