                                                              Customer service can be improved by letting customers know how the restaurant system works that we eat first then pay at the end and not left us (first-timers) sit for 10mins without any guidance or never served within the first 10minutes. Male waiter should at least tell our table waitress instead of telling us to wait for the girl waitress to attend us for a new fork that instead we stood up to attend the girl for a fork request. But our table waitress was considerate when attended that she asks us for halal options meats since one family member wore a hijab which we appreciates and we opted for every meats except pork meats. but overall outstanding experience.

                                                              I love the food there and service is good too I have been there multiple times and I had no complaints but never in a big group so I have to say the service wasn’t great this time we have to keep asking and asking to get food on the table and whenever we were getting meats the staff was rushing to go, it seems like all they wanted was to get us Out as soon as possible. definitely I didn’t enjoy us much this time experience

                                                              Best place to have bbq meat , it’s all you can eat , it has great atmosphere with brazilian dancing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

                                                              Very very overcrowded- think Back to back, heads touching the people sitting on the table behind you. Meat was blue. Blue. More blood on your plate than food. Meat was very unpleasant. So over crowded, barely fitting into your table. Really unenjoyable. Staff seemed annoyed when you ask for a specific cut of meat. Condiments were forgotten and not served until half way during the meal after asking repeatedly. Would never recommend and definitely never come back.

                                                              We love visiting Braza anytime we come into the city. Great service, very busy and lively atmosphere and the most delicious range of Brazilian-style churrasco meats. Also their haloumi is to die for! One of the best restaurants in Sydney!

                                                              Our table was ready & in a nice spot! Service was wonderful with a lady who was not only accommodating but also aware of what we had & not had making sure we never missed out on anything! Ambiance was great alive and positive! We had amazing entertainment with the dancing & music was good! All & all amazing experience & we will be back when we visit from the Good Coast ☺️

                                                              Me and my partner go to Braza very often, it’s usually great but yesterday for Mother’s Day we weren’t very happy with the quality of the food as it seemed it was cooked very quick.the meet was black burnt on the outside and raw on this inside. Also we had to call several times the waitress to bring some meet to our table, or we had to stand up and call them.
