I made the mistake of ordering their 6 oz steak. It was so dry that I think they cooked it upto 220 or 260 degrees. I don’t plan to visit a Bravo’s anytime again. The lady Latencia who waited our table was very inefficient as well. $250 for 4 of us and it was such a bad evening. On top they charged me for an extra drink (had ordered Maker’s Mark first and then changed to Old Fashioned) They charged me for the Maker’s Mark that I never had and two Old fashioned that I had. Noticed this extra charge after I reached home.

I've been going to Bravo's for a little while and have enjoyed the food every time. Last night we had a few problems due to the large crowds associated with the local high school Prom. I have to sat that when I spoke with the Manager, Josh, all of our problems were addressed and corrected. I will be going back as the food is very good and Bravo's is one of the few places in town that I can get good Veal Parmigiana.

Happy hour did not apply to those at a table. We had to go to the bar to get a drink at happy hour price . Booths were tight. Server had to be flagged down to refill waters. Food was great.

It was a nice reasonably priced restaurant. However we waited too long for our food. Although the server was nice, I think she had too many guests to care for. I would definitely give them another chance.

We had reservations, but still waited to be seated. It appeared they were short staffed. We waited 15 mins. before our server came. We didn’t get glasses for water until the middle of our meal. We specifically asked that our appetizer was spaced out from our meal. Everything was served at the same time. We ordered coffee which never came. It was disappointing, will not be returning

Our table for 7 was reserved as expected and in a nice location. Bread was fresh and hot. Our group overall praised the food. Service was excellent with genuine smile each time she approached the table.

The service was spot on: prompt, friendly, efficient, timely. The coupon made the dinner a great value. My wife’s lobster and shrimp pasta dish was superb. The spoiler was the lasagna I ordered. Worst I have ever eaten. Pasta noodles crisp on the edges. The meat, if you can call it that, was a tasteless mush, literally. Almost pasty and very bland. We like this restaurant but they need to fix their lasagna recipe pronto.

A group of six women reserved a table. Everything went smoothly, and we were able to finish in plenty of time for the movie. The service and food was very good. It was nice and quiet in the dining area, but the bathroom music was extremely loud.

I have to give this restaurant a lot of credit - from the waitress to the manager to the pizza oven chef! These folks made my 3 granddaughters feel like family - from offering to cut their food, to stickers to entertaining their enthusiasm of the cook area with letting them have pizza dough and making them tiny pizzas! Expresso martinis were on point and Food is always delicious! Thank you so much - my granddaughter (9) wants to come back for her birthday!

We waited over an hour for our food. When we finally received our food the orders were wrong and the food was cold. Out of 6 people only one order was correct.

Our server was wonderful however, she could not control the fact that we waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food to be served. There were staffing problems which we have witnessed before and tables around waited iver an hour for their meals. Unacceptable.

Worst experience ever. Had a reservation at 6:15 and didn’t get seated until 45 minutes later. Asked the manager for additional drinks and was ignored. Will not go back to this restaurant.

Valentines Dinner with my sweetheart! I requested a quite booth and they honored for the most part.. we had a quiet table at the back of the restaurant secluded from the main dining area which was very nice! Bread was okay, Cesar salad had a bit too much dressing for my liking but still delish and the main courses were great!! We split a bottle of Pinot Grigio and had an enjoyable evening. Our server was very friendly and pleasant. Value was good and I would definitely go back to enjoy their outside patio area, which looked super chill and cute!

We decided to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Bravo’s this year. Booked a reservation on Open Table. The waitress was great, but the restaurant was out of butter by 7pm?!? Of all my other visits this one was about slightly below average. For the price the good was not up to par. I hope they do a better job in the future or we will find another location to celebrate New Years.

Good food, good experience in total on New Year’s eve. Chopped salad and Insalada Della Casa were very good, always enjoyable. Pasta and chicken capri were tasty. This is a neighborhood spot that doesn’t disappoint.

The food was "ok", the waitress seemed too busy for her section as she came about 10 min after the meal was served by the kitchen staff to offer some fresh grated cheese, but the reason for this negative review is for the management of this restaurant, specifically Mark Cougill (if that's really his name as he refused to give me his name, nor his manager's name). The issue is the "in-kind" app which contained the coupon for the restaurant along with the gift card purchased to go to the restaurant (to accompany the coupon) suddenly wasn't working. The waitress told me they could still honor the coupon, but wasn't sure how to use the gift card purchased specifically for our visit. I asked her to get the manager to see if he had suggestions on how to use the gift card since the "technology" wasn't working. The manager finally came out after a long wait, said it's a technology problem with the app, it's been happening for 2 months now, and that he wouldn't be able to honor the gift certificate nor the coupon, and that I needed to contact tech support for any type of resolution. While I understand that technical issues with the gift card aren't their fault, I would still like them to honor the coupon as the waitress stated they could. He said they "stopped honoring the coupon a few weeks ago and would not be honoring the coupon" for us. I let him know that isn't fair to us as we planned our visit to their restaurant around the coupon and the gift certificate for our visit there, otherwise we wouldn't have came there. He shrugged his shoulders and said that it's not his issue nor the store's issue, as it's an issue with the app and there is nothing he will do about it. I responded that he just admitted that he had honored the coupon for others when the technology wasn't working, couple that with the fact that the waitress said they could honor it, the right thing to do was to honor it. He once again shrugged his shoulders (due to space, full review is on google reviews)
