Amazing service and delicious pasta, I went there to celebrate a friends birthday and they came out with a cake for her at the end of the meal.

Our server assumed our party of 4 wanted separate checks without asking first. He also was not very attentive. But the food was good and our food came out accurately which was important with two of us having food allergies.

Everything great, but added 50th wedding anniversary to my notes with no acknowledgment. Do they see this? Delicious food! A little pricey wine. Thank you!!

Wait for our food was extremely long. Understand this is a very busy day. But an hour plus, is long. Our server took our order fairly quickly. We waited. And waited. Food arrived cold. Server was forgetful of requests for refills. I walked by the serving window and plates of food were everywhere! Pretty sure our order was one of the plates that sat there way too long. Arrived on time, ate and left. Time there was 2.25 hours.

Austin was our server and he did a fantastic job! He was attentive, friendly, and helpful. For the most part our food was great. However, the bread was soft in spots and hard in others. Overall, it was a positive experience.

My water glass still had lip marks on it and all the plates were dirty! Service was slow and poor French fries tasted old but burger was good

Another good dining experience at Bravo. Returned for happy hour drinks and dinner. Enjoyed the salmon, chicken scallopinne and lemon chicken meals. Good service and very friendly staff. Thanks to Manager Ben for another reason to come back.

Seated quickly. Friendly staff. Food was just ok. They had run out of some things. The Caesar salad was out, so they gave us a chopped salad instead, which was very good. We were told the plates for the calamari weren’t available, so it was just tossed on an entree plate a little undercooked. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. Chalked it up to just being super busy for Valentine’s Day. We have eaten here for lunch before, and it has been excellent.

It was busy so that may be why the food wasn’t very good. My chicken parm was hard to chew. The calamari was also over cooked. The staff was great our waitress was working hard and we were happy with the service.

We were first seated in an area with high top seating and small arm chairs when it was obvious that I would not fit in the chair and I had to ask to be seated at a table as requested upon arrival. We were then seated at a table by an emergency exit that customers and employees as well seemed to use an an actual exit thus allowing cold air to rush in everytime someone went out and employees back in from break. The food was great, as always, but the overall experience was hindered by the seating issues and that the waiter seemed to be confused when we ordered the Valentine's Day special.

The food was terrible. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and the sauce tasted like cream chicken soup. We were highly surprised and disappointed. Maybe they had cook troubles?

We come back every year for our anniversary, and we always have the best experience! Our dishes were delicious Fra Diavolo and Fettuccine Alfredo, the dessert was amazing too the chocolate cake with gelato.

Sat at a high top in bar. Bartender took orders but we felt we were putting him out. Manger took our order and was very personable , very pleasant. Drinks were bad, a mule and Bellini.! Food was so so. One order was what was ordered and manager offered to make it right. We will check it off our list of restaurants to go to. Manager was the highlight

Oh boy where to begin. The "Cajun" pasta had less flavor then just plain buttered noodles. They are clearly using pre-made items and just warming them up. We ordered a cocktail that had prosecco in it, and it was completely flat and tasted oddly watered down. We then got the tiramisu which was somehow also completely flavorless other than the espresso powder on the top. The chicken Parm was really solid, but it's astounding how they messed up literally everything else. I feel bad for the server because he clearly knew how bad the food was and was apologizing profusely.

Horrible service even though we were one of only a few tables. Has to ask server to bring bread 3 times. There were plenty of other servers standing around and no one helped him. Food was great once we finally got it.

We made last minute reservations on Christmas Day, we were able to talk amongst our selves without having to yell. I liked the lemony sauce for the calamari, the breading was perfect but the actual calamari was rubbery had a hard time chewing it, the bread was amazing the chicken parm was a lot but so very good had lunch for the day after. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed even though he had a very busy section.

The Restaurant was very cold and we had to keep our coats on throughout dinner. When we left we noticed several other tables also had their coats on. We hope to make this a Christmas Eve tradition but not if it is so cold in the restaurant.

We were seated immediately. The waiter took our drink order right away. We were ready to order when the drinks arrived. Bread was replaced before we ran out. We needed separate checks and he was happy to do that. The evening went smooth and we enjoyed the food and conversation.

We were greeted when we arrived and seated immediately. Vanessa came to the table shortly after that and we ordered wine. Next we ordered entrees and they were prepared very well. Our dinner was great and we will certainly be back!

Food was bland. Not a typical Italian dish experience. Certainly needs greater spice with deeper flavor tones to it. Great service, good atmosphere, just not a great Italian food selection.

We had a reservation for 10 at 7 pm on Christmas Eve. Our server did the very best she cd but things were extremely slow. We were the last group to leave. We did not leave until 9:15…slow by any account! When a steak came out it was barely cooked (raw)! Sent it back. Had to finally ask about why it was taking so long as everyone had finished eating and when it finally came out they comped it. All other meals were good. Mary was great. We knew things wd be slow but they took it to the extreme!

Fantastic Thanskgiving lunch at Bravo. The eggplant parm, steak, lasagne and ceasar salad were all top notch. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

We went on thanksgiving and got the turkey dinner. The beans were very cold and the pie was still frozen. Service was good but it was not worth the $40/person at all
