Our experience last night was great! There were 7 of us celebrating a special occasion. The service was good also, and manager Mikal went an extra yard to make sure my daughter-in-law’s dinner was done perfectly. Always quality everything. Which is why we go there so often!!

I will never be stepping foot in a Bravo again, especially this location. I made a last minute reservation and got placed in a private room - this is probably the only perk to the visit, however, the room still had food on the floor, and the table/chairs were a bit packed in the room, and the echo was awful for conversation. It was unfortunate we passed tables on the way to the room that had folding chairs set up for people, rather than chairs, and we overheard another party complaining that we got a room with chairs.....The server took forever to take our drinks and when she did, she looked super annoyed with us ad rushed through. I used to work in food service and I 100% understand a holiday or celebration stretching the staff - I am never bothered by a wait IF the server is nice and just open with us. We tried to make conversation with the server to be friendly and let them know it was fine, and they then shared that they were annoyed they "got put on our table because they're busy elsewhere"......we just sat there since I don't know how handles that response. When we got the food, those bringing the food weren't very nice and quickly gave me the food to pass out to our party (I almost dropped a plate because the handoff was so quick). The food wasn't very tasty (for what you pay) and then I found a hair in it, but the server did take care of it after I made them aware. The overall experience was disappointing, especially to celebrate Mother's Day with family. We were there for almost 2.5 hours and much of it was waiting on food.

Wonderful experience on Mother’s Day. Our reservation was helpful with securing a table for 8. The wait staff did a great job of keeping bread and water on the tables while we waited for our meals. The meals were brought out in great timing and severed at great temperatures. The manager came by to check on us and that was great. This location is my favorite in the area.

Nice brunch, but was disappointed the menu did not match the brunch menu we had previewed online before dining.

We were very pleased, as usual, with this visit to Bravo! We go there often and the quality of food is excellent, the personnel are friendly, and manager Mikel is always there to help and go above and beyond whatever is needed. He makes going there a real treat!! Candace is also very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this Mason location.

Great company, awesome service! Most of our food was delicious. A few who ordered the spaghetti and meatballs had to ask for extra sauce and had crusty noodles that sat under a heater for a while.

You just can’t go wrong with this place! Hostess was friendly and inviting, servers were polite and attentive, food was absolutely delicious , and I had leftovers! They even sent me home with more bread and dipping oil!

My Chicken Parm was hard to cut and food was not warm enough especially the linguine. Sitting us near the to go area was not ideal. We had to ask the server for bread as it was not offered. The experience was just okay.
