The restaurant was very busy with a very large (about 50 people) group of teens and their parents. Hence it was very loud. Service was ok, a little bit slow, probably given how busy it was. The appetizers were good, but the main entrees (fettuccine Alfredo, shrimp scampi) were just ok, same with the drinks (the spritz was nothing like a spritz beverage).

We were seated at a booth in the bar..didn't realize we would have the bartender and a server waiting on us. Service on this occasion was terrible...the bartender of course was busy bartending and the server was waiting tables both inside and out...no consistency and we were the forgotten party. The salad for $6.99 is a JOKE !!! Barely fills the plate. Will not order a side salad again at Bravo. That is a ridiculous price. Lettuce is cheap !! With all that said, the food was delicious and came out piping hot....not usually the case at this location. Was pleasantly surprised...Will keep this on our go to list but won't sit in the bar area again...

We eat at this facility several times during a month. The food is consistently good, the servers are pleasant, and manager Mikal is very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Server was polite. The overall food quality was not good. Miscooked/prepared the filet mignon, brought out chicken instead of fish for the other guest. GM never came to table or even cared to be in sight of all the food issues. We are not patrons to ask for a manager or complain, but politely said this was way overcooked and not correct food. Felt bad for server bc she cannot control what the kitchen did. Just lack of management or concern at this location. Will not return. We sent an email to corporate email online to provide feedback.

The service was excellent, although food did take almost an hour to come out. Food quality was average in my opinion. I had chicken parmigiana and subbed pasta for fettuccine Alfredo. Alfredo sauce was terrible, tasty funny. I did not like that they added the fettuccine Alfredo in the same serving dish as the chicken parmigiana, causing the tomato sauce sauce to mix with Alfredo sauce. Tomato sauce on chicken parmigiana was extremely sweet. Family had fettuccine Alfredo and Pasta Fra Diablo. Both they noted tasted average and nothing special. The food quality at Maggiano’s is much better. Overall average rating and not close to authentic Italian.

Bravo is a family friendly, reliable, crowd pleaser. I was thrilled to get a last minute reservation for 8 people on a Friday night. We had a great , food was quick and hot, no complaints!

Our experience last night was great! There were 7 of us celebrating a special occasion. The service was good also, and manager Mikal went an extra yard to make sure my daughter-in-law’s dinner was done perfectly. Always quality everything. Which is why we go there so often!!

I will never be stepping foot in a Bravo again, especially this location. I made a last minute reservation and got placed in a private room - this is probably the only perk to the visit, however, the room still had food on the floor, and the table/chairs were a bit packed in the room, and the echo was awful for conversation. It was unfortunate we passed tables on the way to the room that had folding chairs set up for people, rather than chairs, and we overheard another party complaining that we got a room with chairs.....The server took forever to take our drinks and when she did, she looked super annoyed with us ad rushed through. I used to work in food service and I 100% understand a holiday or celebration stretching the staff - I am never bothered by a wait IF the server is nice and just open with us. We tried to make conversation with the server to be friendly and let them know it was fine, and they then shared that they were annoyed they "got put on our table because they're busy elsewhere"......we just sat there since I don't know how handles that response. When we got the food, those bringing the food weren't very nice and quickly gave me the food to pass out to our party (I almost dropped a plate because the handoff was so quick). The food wasn't very tasty (for what you pay) and then I found a hair in it, but the server did take care of it after I made them aware. The overall experience was disappointing, especially to celebrate Mother's Day with family. We were there for almost 2.5 hours and much of it was waiting on food.
