After making a reservation, we arrived on time and waited at the front kiosk for an absent hostess to show up and check us in to get seated, about 3-5 minutes. Upon her return to the desk, she confirmed our reservation and welcomed us. She then told us to sit tight while she cleaned a table for us. After a quick cleaning, she returned and we were then seated - and the hostess kindly delivered bread and menus. And then we waited. And waited. And waited some more - 15 minutes or better - while an overstaffed server crew and an under-filled restaurant went about its business without any regard whatsoever to our existence. Question for the simpleminded server team at Bravo: How do you repeatedly pass by a table with people seated, who are looking around, anxiously awaiting any type of recognition as a table that needs to be greeted, welcomed, and tended to? Unfortunately, and to make an already dire situation worse, another couple was seated at another table close by, and they were immediately greeted and welcomed (by one of the non-existent servers that failed to acknowledge our presence). Upon this happening, it became crystal clear to us that this restaurant is mismanaged, completely inadequate in training their service staff, and the restaurant doesn't care enough to rectify this glaring problem. Why absolutely no server approached us at all is beyond us. Fifteen minutes, seated at a table, while being ignored and passed by in a restaurant is a death sentence! Any ambiance within the restaurant was diffused, if not smothered, by this complete lack of attention. It became apparent that our only option was to leave rather than to make a scene. We got up and headed to the door. After a very short explanation to the hostess (who looked completely out of sorts as to why we were leaving so soon after being seated), we bid farewell and pinky-promised each other to never darken Bravo's doors again.
