Liked this place so much we came back with our son on Tuesday after being there on Saturday. That speaks for itself! Service was exceptionally responsive and welcoming, as it was a few days ago, and food is authentically Parisian and fabulous.

Lovely expereince. Looks and feels like a bistro in Paris. Food and service were great. Friendly and attentive we were a party of 10. I would go back.

Food was pretty bad. Ordered a medium steak that came out well done and was poorly flavored with way too much pepper. My wife had mussels that smelled like they were festering in waste for a few days. The live music was too loud for the small space and our experience was disappointing. Won’t be returning

I go there often and had a ten for their Croque Madam which is delicious, I tried the soup du jour, which was Cauliflower and it was DELICIOUS! It was one of the best soups I ever had. Their soups have always been top notch. So if soup is your thing, go to Brasserie Le Mistral.

We had be nah and the food as usual was excellent. Brought a friend there for the first time and he loved it. The Butternut Squash soup was the best.

Everything was wonderful at our meal! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! It reminded us of the times we went to cafes in Paris! Can't wait to eat here again!

We had a wonderful dinner with friends. Good food and vine. It's what traditional NYC French Bistros were like, and are too few in-between these days. It's like stepping back in time but in a good way

Anniversary dinner with my husband and he had the Hanger steak whilst I dined on the Duck l’orange. Both were delicious. Also had half dozen clams from Nova Scotia and they were delicious.

My Croque Madam was delicious. My only issue is hip hop music was playing ( in French btw). Just didn’t feel it fit the ambiance.

Outstanding as usual and good to see consistency of staff and kitchen along with tonight an excellent Brazilian guitarist/singer doing Jobim. Worth a look.

We were a party of four. We sat at a corner table by the window and had a lovely brunch. The food was very good and the wait service was excellent. We especially appreciated the roominess between tables; we didn't feel at all crowded.

The place is very live acoustically, and when it gets louder people talk even louder. Not very enjoyable. The food was good. The service lacks polish, and wasn't well informed. When I asked the waiter where the oysters were from, he said "East Coast." Okay, can you be more specific? What kind of oyster, and where are they from? "I don't know." The manager came over and said they were Beausoleils from "Canada" – I guess New Brunswick, but... Don't you guys meet with the kitchen before service and talk about the specials, etc.? Aren't you curious?

Recently had the pleasure of celebrating Christmas with friends at La Mistral Brasserie in Brooklyn, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a festive atmosphere that instantly put us in the holiday spirit. The menu at La Mistral Brasserie is a culinary masterpiece, offering a wide range of options to satisfy every palate. From classic French dishes to innovative creations, there was something for everyone. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the flavors were simply outstanding. We have ordered almost everything from the menu and everything tasted flavorful and outstanding. My friends were equally impressed with the taste and presentation. The service at La Mistral Brasserie was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure that we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. To top it all off, the dessert selection was a sweet ending to a perfect meal. We indulged in a variety of treats, including a heavenly chocolate mousse and a delectable crème brûlée, and special mascarpone with pistachios. Each dessert was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. Overall, my experience at La Mistral Brasserie in Brooklyn was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of delicious food, festive ambiance, and impeccable service made it the ideal place to celebrate Christmas with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience during the holiday season or any time of the year.

Incredible meal. The escargots were sublime and the quintessential vision of garlicky goodness while the mussels weee also classically prepared and a generous portion. The service was second to none, very accommodating of our late arrival and gracious about every last detail of our evening. Highly recommend.

Service was slow, food was decent but some dishes arrived cold. We asked if the basket of pastries could be brought out as soon as they were ready but they ended up being brought out last, even though they almost certainly took the least amount of time to prepare.

The food was SUPERB but the live Music was entirely too loud. We ended up yelling our conversation to each other like we were in a nightclub. Beautiful dining room. Server had zero personality and volunteered no information on specials and made no welcome or introduction. Cologne should also be forbidden for servers. 🤢

Delicious traditional French brasserie, all the dishes were superb and served beautifully. The restaurant deserved to be busier on a Saturday night, especially once the Jazz trio started. We had a wonderful celebration for a birthday, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely will return there.
