Onion and smoked Gouda cheese soup was simply too much creative juices that ruined the overall flavor experience. The butter lettuce salad needed more than radishes in it. Blue crab appetizer was excellent-would put less “dressing” on the dish so ingredient tastes could be discerned. Apple tart and chocolate soufflé were both da bomb !!

This is like going to a diner. Where the food is barely so-so.

I had the dover sole with mushrooms and a side of asparagus. The food was excellent. Despite my allergy to “honey “, many of the dishes have honey in them and unfortunately I can’t have any of it. I know I miss out on some delicious sauces because of it. My friend had the pork chop and frittes, which she said was delicious. That too, had a sauce made with honey so I had to pass. Nonetheless, the food I had was tasty and I would order it again. Service was very slow and had to wait a while to order every time. The waiter was great but he could have used some help. Overall, Brasserie B was delightful!

Huge fan of Bobby, but this is not his best effort. The menu is restrained and the food was below the standards that we have come to expect with Bobby. This almost seems like a cash grab instead of a serious restaurant. Almalfi is much better. We will not return, too many great places to eat in Vegas. Went on a Saturday night and it was less than half full, that should tell you something.

The restaurant is at Caesars Palace, which is a daunting experience to find anything, but the cleaning staff helped me find the restaurant. The assistant manager greeted me like an old friend, and I was celebrating my birthday and travelling on my own, and I was seated in a corner booth, she made some recommendations and then a charming server came over and added his opinion and I started with a lobster cocktail, which was incredible and I have the Croque madame again absolutely delicious. They gave me a birthday card signed by all the staff I would go back again and again and again .

This was a fantastic experience. The food was wonderful and the service was impeccable. We will be very happy to eat here again on our next trip to Vegas.
