Brasserie B needs to update system to allow all Caesar Properties the ability to charge to room. It took quite a while to finalize check, with multiple visits from server & other restaurant personnel before everything was settled.

All I can say is once again service was good. Food was good very happy overall there were a few things but having a conversation with the manager, I know that this is a place that I will continue to return to when I come back to Vegas thank you all.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, the team made the evening special Food was exceptional- we ate from the restaurant week special menu which was very good value

Service was phenomenal, we had the King Crab and Prawns for an App and both were wonderful. We all had the NY Strip, Fries and Sides. The Steak and Fries were nothing to write home about but the side dishes like the asparagus and Mac were both killer!

Relatively new, and you can see they are still working out some of the kinks. Overall the food was good, but nothing really stood out. The fries that came with the entrees seemed like that weren't fresh and uninspiring. Service was good, staff was friendly.

It was good food and service. Not as impressed as I thought I'd be with Bobby Flay reataurant. Had eggs benedict, the honey glazed bacon, and potato chips with blue cheese sauce. my eggs were a bit under, and the little salad that came on the side was uneventful. The chips and bacon were delish. Had bloody marys, an overload of horseradish, sent it back for a perfect French 75. Bill was 150+for a small brunch. Should have went back to Peppermill!

We enjoyed! They are still working some kinks out, so I expect it to get even better Love the ambiance, a true brassiere with more modern fixtures Everyone nice and management very attentive Wines by the glass WAY to expensive for the pour…would be only reason we may avoid

Let’s see…. It took an hour to serve potato chips with an empty dining room at 5:15.. told them we had a store and needed to be out at 7:45. Had to need for the check. Ordered apps, soup/salad, entrees——- nothing can in order and forgot an item. No excuses or apologies by staff of management. ….
