The food has taken a dive lately. 3 of the 4 of us disliked our meal. Chilean Sea Bass sounded great but was rubbery and tasteless. New York Strip was very grizzly - half of it was fat or tendon. Salmon was dry. Disappointed this time around.

Brussels sprouts were amazing. Best thing we ordered. Chicken cutlets and scallops were also delicious. Crème brûlée for dessert was tasty but nothing special. Wanted to try the short rib but they were out. Will have to get back to try it soon.

Went here for Mother's Day brunch and was really disappointed. The waffles were stale and cold. They had run out of bacon and biscuits which were restocked after we ate from the selections that were left. The options were not great and the food was sub par. The plates were too large for the table and partly due to this my teenage daughter spilled her drink all over our food which none of the staff noticed or cleaned up. I would not recommend going here.

We went for Mother’s Day brunch. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we walked up to front desk podium. No one greeted us. No one said, “welcome to branchwater!” Nothing. The hostess looked at us and said, “Are you part of the party of 12?” She then looked through us to the people behind and took them to a table where we were left standing. Once she got back she escorted us to our seats. Our waiter greeted us and got our drink orders and told us we could go up to the Buffet. The buffet had Belgian waffles that were so hard that you couldn’t cut them with a knife. The scrambled eggs were a strange mold and had no seasoning or salt on them and there was no salt and pepper at the tables. The biscuits and gravy were good but the shrimp and grits tasted funny almost like the grits had alcohol in them. The food was terrible and our waiter would not take the plates off our table and four of us at a table with the plates was very hard to make room. It will be a long time before I will be ready to come back here.

We always love Branchwater and will continue dining there. Last night however my wife ordered her favorite entree - the seared tuna. It’s always good but last night there was a line of very hard gristle running through the tuna (she couldn’t cut it with a steak knife) and the quality of the tuna was very poor. Please check your supplier and go back to the higher quality tuna. My pork chop was fantastic and service was awesome as usual. We will go back but hope that they change their tuna supplier.

We went to Branchwater to celebrate a friends birthday. The service was fantastic and the Brusslesprouts were unbelievable. Everything that was ordered from the appetizers to the entree and dessert was fabulous. I will be back soon!

Ordered short rib came out like Leather. Husband ordered med well stake came out rare. Had to wait for a whole nother order. Never saw the waiter again. Pass

First of all I want to say I have never written a review in my life, but this is how bad this experience was. I’ve been to Branchwater multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. I was excited to take my out of town dinner guests and really hyped it up. The entire dinner was a complete embarrassment. Secondly, I want to be clear that any of the issues we had were not the servers fault. Clearly the kitchen couldn’t handle a 30 top upstairs and accommodate anyone else. We waited a bit for our appetizers and when they eventually came out one was cold. Then our entrees shortly followed. It was probably about a 5 minutes difference even though we emphasized spacing out our order. We were told the kitchen refused due to the 30 top. Next, after getting the entrees 2 of the 3, which were the fried lobster tails sandwich, came out with missing tomato slaw. Just a bun and fried lobster. We were then told no, that’s how it comes. We looked at our menus to see no, in fact it’s missing the slaw we were again told we were wrong. The other entree was the pork chop, which was requested to be cooked medium well. It didn’t just come out rare, it came out raw. At this point someone in my party approached the manager to explain what was going on. He said he’d fix it. Eventually after we watched him standing at the end of the bar talking to employees he finally went into kitchen. After some time he came back with regular coleslaw with chopped up tomatoes added to the top. At this point we were done. We said is that really it? And he said “looks like it to me” with an attitude. We said we’re done and would like to pay for what we actually ate and drank. And instead of offering any real apology or really anything he put the coleslaw on the table and walked away. Then we explained to our server we’d like to pay for our apps and drinks and leave. We finally get the bill and the manager didn’t remove all of items that should have been removed. Again we needed help.
