Food was OK, service in general was good… but a VERY BAD attitude captain at the end wanted to charge double tip.

Excelente servicio! Valdría la pena agregar un poco de pastas ó unas opciones kid friendly en la barra. Fuera de eso, nunca falla ir a comer ahí

The music is very loud. The service is very friendly, they show you to your table and always hold your chair when you sit down. But they hardly ask if you would like something else to drink because your glass is empty. When it comes to food, the quality and frequency of service has declined considerably; previously, 20 different products were offered in two hours, now 10 come to your table! the drinks and desserts are too expensive. The quality of the accompanying buffet is still outstanding, the best in Cancun.

Great service and delicious food. If you come to Cancun for vacation, it is a must. We will 1000% be returning.

Was not expecting this top notch service Bovino’s took care of my family and definitely Impressed us all and the portions was plentiful this place was attentive and caters to you all I can say is if you want the best go to bovinos! 👍🏾

Used to be a very good place with outstanding food quality, now it’s average and staff is pushing you to sell you drinks, special foods like deserts at astonishing prices. Unable to keep a conversation due to the loud music.
