Truly delicious food, impeccably cooked and served. The restaurant is beautiful, quiet enough for carrying on a conversation but not the kind of quiet that feels pretentious or awkward. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bóveda.

La comida estuvo excelente. Buen ambiente y servicio. La botella de vino estuvo muy cara.

Last night my wife and I went to Bóveda for the first time. The overall experience was great. Our server Hiram was outstanding. If you ever go there ask for him. Our appetizers were very good, the octopus was the best we have had in ages. The Serrano ham and manchego cheese croquettes were an excellent combination. The padrón (shishito) peppers were very good, I would not have the paprika on them. It masked the real flavor of the peppers with the smokiness of the paprika. The lamb chops were the star of the evening, the salmon confit in duck fat was ok. Not what I expected. The wine list is one of the most solid that I have seen in a long time. The decor and the ambiance was very relaxing and the service is one of the best I have experience ever in PR.
