The service here is impeccable. The knowledge of the waiter with pairing wine with the food was impressive. Every bite was a unique and delicious experience. Give yourself time to really enjoy this dinner. We had a boat tour planned and felt like we were rushing ourselves- not the restaurants fault at all, but sharing so that you don’t do the same. Highly recommend if you’re in Paris.

Out of the meals we had in Paris, this was the one we really loved. Each dish was delicious - especially the potato dish with caviar. Would highly recommend.

One of the finest dining experiences that I’ve had in my life. From the pre-event communications with Frederic through to dessert, the meal was flawlessly and delightfully executed. We chose the 7 course tasting menu combined with 6 wine pairings for a truly special evening. The waitstaff was so knowledgeable about the nuances of the flavors and wines, and genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing the information with us. The “house” caviar was such a treat, the lobster, the scallops, the freshness of everything…just delicious. The frozen mojito to top the caramel dessert was indescribably unique. I cannot recommend Boutary more highly. Thank you for a special evening!

Saint Valentine’s tasting menu supper that was excellent, inventive and unique. We took the wine-matching option that complimented the dishes perfectly; it was a great experience in a funky ambience that included the super-genial maitre de’ and waiting staff. A really very special occasion.

They are passionate about what they do at Boutary. I can literally say a couple of the courses were simply the best prepared I had had anywhere in the world. The staff was attentive and explained each course with great detail. Caviar was never my thing, but my perspective has been forever changed. It was not a cheap meal by any standard but in my opinion well worth the cost for my family and I to enjoy the night as we did.
