    I understand I was one of the last customers to arrive before closing time, they were all starting to clean up and wrapping up. They took a lifetime to get one counter seat ready for me, even though the prior clients had several minutes that they have left. I had to approach one of the runners to get him to clean my seat, not the very first impression you want to give to your clients. On the other hand, food was delicious, had the Delmonico Steak and fries, outstanding!! Ambiance is proper of a casual fine-dining restaurant.

    My steak came out well done when I ordered it medium. The waiter looked shocked when I showed him the grey center. They fixed it, but I ate alone because it came out after my family had finished. I won’t be coming back to a “steakhouse” that can’t get the temp right on a $90 cut.

    Had an amazing time per usual. It was rather loud on this Wednesday night though we had to speak really loud to be heard by our friends. The bone marrow is an absolute HIT! As well as the oysters for starters!

    The food is very good here and the service is great. My only criticism is that the seating is not very intimate. Otherwise, everything else is great- the food, cocktails, and service are A+.

    We love Bourbon Steak. They always find a way to make every occasion that we spend there very special. Tonight was special in that it was Mama’s birthday. That said, our Server, Omar was / is exceptional … very attentive and genuine. We have a 2 year old and he knew just how to time things so we could all enjoy the time and meal and not have a baby be a baby … the food as always was exceptional - oysters, miso shrimp, lobster and of course the wagyu steak were all expertly prepared.

    I can not say enough about this place. Bourbon Steak NEVER disappoints. The food is outstanding, service phenomenal and amazing atmosphere. David, the sommelier, is so knowledgeable and made the perfect suggestions of wine for the food my wife and I ordered. Rebecca, our server, was so perfectly attentive and yet allowed us to enjoy our meal in peace without interruption. She has such a perfect personality for her job. I will be requesting her every time I come. You must visit this gem in the heart of Glendale.
