First time at Boulevard American Bistro it was tremendous. The food and drinks were excellent and our waiter Montrell was very professional. I know this is a newer restaurant in the quarter and we will be back.

We have eaten here a few times and it has been very good, but yesterday lunch our food was sub par.

This was my second time to eat at this restaurant. And it was even better this time around. I thought the kitchen had found a new level. Here's an example: The Double cut pork chop. It's actually about 4 inches thick. Has been marinated and cooked sous vide and then finished so that you can cut the whole pork chop with a regular dinner knife, not a steak knife. Tender, fabulous flavor and enough to feed two people. Delicious and tremendously interesting. It's served with a red cabbage slaw, sprinkled with got cheese. Such deep flavors that you want more. Service was excellent, and everything, down to the bread, was top notch

My guest was looking for barbeque ribs in the French Quarter area which he knew New Orleans isn't known for, but was willing to take my recommendation. Guest came back very happy and stated I should send anyone looking for recommendation to Boulevard.

Food was yummy! Asked for a bottle of sparkling rosé and after an hour, they brought out still rosé. And asked for unsweet tea and they brought out a tea with a homemade simple syrup which was thoughtful but I wanted zero sugar. Will go back but will hopefully drinks are brought out timely and accurately 🥂

Boulevard has always been a favorite of ours at the Metairie location. The FQ location didn’t disappoint. The ribeye was yummy. Hate to say it but the baked potato wasn’t hot enough to melt cheese nor was their enough butter (for us) Our waiter was really good and very knowledgeable. This will be one of our ‘go to’ spots. Wish we’d known they were there before now.

Overall, everything was very nice. Was disappointed though with some of the wait times. We had reservations but still had to wait quite a while for our table even though they weren't really busy and tables were open. Then waited for one of the five entrees that came out late and for mayo that came out after my son finished the entire burger cause he was too hungry to wait. Otherwise, we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Great experience for a place that recently opened. One of the few FQ venues that has a fully functional up to date elevator. Very clean interior that leans more contemporary but still tastefully maintaining harmony with FQ style. Food was amazing. Beautiful plating and good size portions. Service was very personable, with multiple check ins by various members of staff. All in all an experience we will definitely repeat again.

The food here was absolutely delicious. I cannot emphasize enough that it was one of the best meals we had in New Orleans. The staff was very accommodating, and we were one of the only diners. This place deserves to have more patrons.

Sadly we had to leave before we could even get our order in. 55 minutes to get drinks for a group of 8. never got our order in, clearly the waitress was brand new and no help from management to make sure we were taken care of.

Grilled artichokes were not on the menu because tourist don' t know how to eat them. Several things not on the menu due to changes for the customer base. Took a long time to get beverage and food even though the restuarant wasn''t busy. Food was good, but not really hot. Our waiter got caught up in a long conversation at a nearby table with his back to us. A supervisor finally passed by and we asked for our check. Not at all like the Metairie or Elmwood location.. We will not be back

The food was outstanding! However the service is lacking. 45 minutes after arrival we finally received our first round of drinks. Our party had 9 people and we had reservations. When the food came out 8 of our guests were able to have dinner together 1 of our guests did not get theirs until after we were done eating. The waitress forgot to put the order in and could care less. Our second round of drinks came when the waitress gave us our check the wait for the second round was 28 minutes. With no explanation. The manager came out and said they had issues they were working through but still the waitress could care less!

Everything was BEAUTIFUL, however, my husband didn't get his meal of choice due to them running out of select foods; and the portion sizes were wayyyyy too small. PLEASE put more food on the plates. Our WAITER was GREAT!

Service was horrible. No one waited on us. Only got a beer cuz another waitress noticed that we haven’t been assisted. Very disappointed since it wasn’t busy.

Always love this restaurant (if you love Houston’s this is your place). This is the original spinach dip, the best crab cakes, and one of the best martinis ($8!!!) in the area! Newly opened so no waiting. Service was excellent too.

The red fish was not tasty. Neither was the drizzle of sauce on top of it. The dirty rice was some of the worst I’ve ever had. My friend loved her crab cakes. Maybe I just chose the wrong thing.

We have been to the other 2 locations and loved them. This one has a totally different atmosphere. Too bright and service wasn’t so great. The food was very good.

Terrible place, lighting too bright, so not a good ambience, food very poor quality. Server was good, no problem there. Used to be Nola’s which was fantastic, so sad.

We went on a Tuesday night around 6:30. It was quiet. We had the Prime rib special for that night. No veggie, but a loaded potato. It was good but not great. Value wise it was worth it. Don’t think we would go again.

We had a great lunch. I think everyone in our party of 6 really enjoyed their food. I was not expecting it to be great, since we had no trouble getting reservations, but it was! I especially enjoyed the gumbo, & several others enjoyed the redfish.

We were looking forward to our visit as this new loci’s in the French Quarter. However, the ambience is stark and devoid of character. There’s nothing cozy about this place. It feels like an industrial kitchen. Service was good but it took forever to receive our cocktails. No bread was offered throughout our meal, which is very disappointing for a NOLA establishment. Appetizers of oysters and wood grilled artichokes were very good. We all got the duck and andouille gumbo, which was so salty, none of us could finish it. The main courses were lukewarm, bordering on cold, which was difficult to understand because there were very few diners in the restaurant. Two of the four in our group got the brownie with ice cream and fudge sauce for dessert. There was only a barely perceptible amount of fudge sauce. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

It was more expensive than I thought and alittle fancier. All good though. Food was great. Desert was great. We wanted alittle change from the Cajun food and this place was it. The only thing I recommend for this place is dim the lights alittle. So bright I felt like I was eating in a work office.
