Basing this on the Vets location, not quite up to par. The spinach dip was lukewarm at best with the salsa very watery; the grilled artichokes were not prepped properly with purple leaves and the heart was not cleaned and undercooked. The oysters were absolutely fantastic! The cheeseburger was good, fries were cold, the prime rib and baked potato was good, the chicken tenders were not hot when they arrived at the table. The drinks were good, although I suppose due to it being a later seating on Mother’s Day, the top shelf bourbons were depleted. The server was very nice, but was also handling a large table which took up most of her time while we were waiting. Again, using the Vets location as the barometer, Covington has a few things to tweak to get higher ratings.

No lie, I was a little nervous at first. Never been nor heard of the restaurant until I needed a last minute reservation. Curb appeal was amazing! Restaurant was very welcoming and comfortable, amazing ambiance! Hostess were great and our waiter, Jesse! Definitely will take a ride back to Covington for another experience!

Wonderful as always! Our favorite ❤️ restaurant is just wonderful what ever you choose. We had red fish, perfectly grilled topped with crabmeat and fresh peas and carrots. The barbecued shrimp are to die for.

Although the food was tasty, they were very busy, and the service was overworked and extremely slow. It took 20 minutes to get a drink, and the server was so slow bringing the food that my friend who was with me had to leave before she could even eat her food (we were there for over an hour). It will be a while before I go back, especially at lunch.😖

Usually a good experience at Boulevard but tonight was different. the hostess asked what kind of table we wanted. We said we had no preference and she sat us at a booth with uncomfortable cushions. You slid off them unless you braced your feet against the floor. When we commented we were told they are all like that. So she knew! We were moved to another table where the lights flickered bright and dim all night and it was very cold. When we asked if the thermostat could be warmed a bit the manager said no because she was hot. When we asked about the lights we were told it was “some kind of electrical problem but we don’t really know”. And when we were moved we were told to bring our silverware which had not been touched. All in all we felt like we as customers did not count. That said the food is still good.

We celebrated a quiet 31st anniversary here because I wanted to eat the best crab cakes around. Our server and the management took excellent care of us. Just the experience we were looking to share.

This place never ever lets me down! I was blown away once I saw that my favorite hostess, became a server and what a phenomenal job she did. From the moment I entered the front door, until I left was nothing short of a good time with good food and what felt like good friends (staff). Love this place❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The food was fair. Vegetable not seasoned well and cold. Never received any offers by wait staff to refill our ice teas. When you pay 3.50 for a small glass of tea, I do not feel expecting a refill order is too much to expect

My wife and I had the Mahi Mahi Special, which was superb. We has our young grandchildren with us, who were well taken care of. Our server, Liv, who has waited on us in the past, is a gem.

We went there to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The food was excellent and our waitress (Michelle) was exceptional. we both had the mahi-mahi and both both loved it. We will go back.

We had a delicious Valentine’s Day lunch. We both had redfish which was perfectly prepared. Service was excellent as always. A red rose brought to the table for the ladies was a great special treat.

The temperature was freezing in the dining area and made if very difficult to enjoy ourselves . The Caesar's salad and pork chop were awesome but the shrimp and pasta lacked big time .

Very nice atmosphere. Good noise level. Good service. Food was good. Prime rib was very rare...ordered medium...and it was very tough. I'll try something different next time. Delicious salad and dressing

The waitress was extremely rude. We eat there several times a month, but no more. The food is also over priced and was ice cold. The drinks are very expensive now. Again, the waitress was very rude. I have worked in the arrive industry and would not want her as a coworker or representing my organization. We asked if happy hour menu was still available and she said no and slammed down said no way, “I am saying this now, you can only order this”. I replied ok. The manager came by and asked if we wanted a free dessert and we didn’t complain. She may have witnessed her unprofessionalism. Will tell family and friend to avoid this restaurant. Too expensive for what you get and the service is awful.
