Bouchon's Bistro opened in 2004 in Kelowna, British Columbia. It is an elegant place to dine and is located right in the heart of the city's cultural area, and it has plenty of food options to enjoy. We have been patronizing Bouchons a few times a year for the last 10 years or so. We have never left disappointed. The food and service has always been exceptional.

We love the friendly service and cozy ambiance. The food is great, Stephane & Beatrice go out of their way to make your night out special. The rest of staff follow in their shoes. Camelia was superbe, we loved having her as our server. Going back in just a few weeks hopefully 😊

The Bouchon’s experience did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent and we were very happy we selected Bouchon’s for a special birthday dinner!

The set 4 course menu for Christmas Eve was varied and made up of excellent quality choices. Service was unobtrusive and warmly personal. We had a memorable evening and will return.

I only have one little thing I would like to mention. The Restaurant is accessible but there is no accessible parking outside, no accessible washroom that would even accommodate a walker. It’s a shame as everything else was 100%.

My recent experience at Bouchon's Bistro Kelowna was nothing short of a disaster. The staff, look to be the manager displayed a horrendous attitude. He was impolite and dismissive, showing a complete lack of respect for their customers that I couldn't believe I was at a supposedly upscale establishment.. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge extra for a meager table bread, something that is typically complimentary at any decent or reputable restaurant. It felt like they were trying to nickel and dime their customers at every turn. Even worse, they initially refused to acknowledge the reservation deposit I'd already paid through OpenTable, causing unnecessary frustration until I had to insist on its honor. It took considerable effort and insistence on my part to get them to honor what was rightfully mine. It's absurd that they would put their customers through such hassle. The disappointments didn't end there. The food portions were so ridiculously small that even my 10-year-old dining companion left the establishment hungry. The cold sable fish dish was a tasteless disaster, resembling a cheap bean salad more than a professionally prepared meal. The beef tenderloin was so overcooked that it wouldn't even register in a photograph. The only bright spot was our server, who was friendly and attentive, doing their best to salvage a dreadful dining experience. Regrettably, their efforts were overshadowed by the atrocious behavior of the rest of experience. I would strongly advise against dining at Bouchon's Bistro Kelowna. This establishment's terrible attitude, additional charges, and subpar food quality make it an absolute nightmare of a dining experience. Zero stars is too generous for this place.

For me, one of my favourite Kelowna restaurants. The ambiance is great, wine selection always interesting, and can’t help but love the fois gras!

As has always been the case for us, our meal was delicious. We had the brussel sprout special, escargots, steak tartare and truffle spaghetti. Each dish was cooked to perfection and full of dynamic flavour. If you haven’t been to Bouchon’s Bistro, go. If it’s been a while, go back. You won’t regret it

Best restaurant in Kelowna. Food is a true French cuisine and the owners welcome you warmly and kindly. I’ve been there twice and will definitely come back.

Booked to celebrate a birthday with family. As always we were warmly welcomed by the owners and never felt rushed. The food was excellent and specifically the bouillabaisse which I would recommend to any seafood lover. I have travelled many times to France and experienced many French restaurants but this is indeed a gem for food and wine lovers

Our server was great, I had questions at the end of our dining experience and the manager on duty was very helpful. We had a very enjoyable dining experience. The duck leg confit was very enjoyable.

I had not been to Bouchon for years but craved escargot and endive salad. The escargot was not in shells and the endive salad was boring. The wine and server were terrific.

Do you want French Cusine? This is authentic and worth dining at. The seared foie gras was out of this world. My scallops and prawn dish was fantastic. Will definitely be going back.

If you want to experience food in Paris without leaving Kelowna - you need to try Bouchons. The escargot is “next level” - the edible pastry shell is exquisite. How many places serve duck - perfect duck?! ONE. This is a restaurant that transports you to another place and is more of an experience than a meal.
