BOUCHERIE is a traditional French brasserie and steakhouse, celebrating Joie de Vivre in the heart of West Village. The restaurant prepares a menu of French classics and timeless bistro favorites, in addition to the dry-aged steaks. An absinthe-inspired bar offers classic drinks, signature cocktails and craft beers. Located in the building that used to house the prominent Circle Repertory Theater, the 320-seat restaurant provides a diverse array of dining options from the spacious dining room, a seat at the butcher counter, the intimate second-floor gallery with private dining and outdoor cafe. Boucherie has adapted to the current environment to make the dining experience safe for guests and staff.

                  Great food, cocktails and atmosphere in a lovely West Village bistro. Our servers were superb and offered excellent suggestions. Great wine selection and service as well by the sommelier. Thank you!

                  If you want to have a nice meal and enjoy a great time here the spot!! The service is perfect and the food is fabulous! I have the beef bourginton and it was 10/10 definitely recommend!

                  I have walked past this restaurant countless times, always headed towards a different destination. I should never have passed it by in the first place, shame on me. With an excellent staff,Lola owned the evening, great food from starters to dessert, atmosphere fit for easy conversation; still the music filled the voids as well. Floor manager stopped by with intent/purpose versus the usual "nod, how's everything? good?". Fair to presume that I won't just pass by any longer. Thanks for the great experience.

                  So overrated. Steaks were sitting out on the grill. Lacked flavor on every dish. Don’t waste your money for $50/plate.

                  The food was truly delicious! Ambiance was vibrant and open air, light and with fun copper/zinc fixtures, and fun. The staff were attentive. Prices are somewhat high, but was an enjoyable experience.
