Five courses and five wines.: Chickpea Avocado Crostini with Cortese l’Aurora '23 Red snapper crudo, Icardi with Barbera Nuj 2014 Cassarece, confit duck ragu with Barbaresco Montubert 2019 100 day pecorino dry aged ribeye with Icardi, Barolo Parej 2019 and at dessert: Bracchetto 2022 please note pescatarian and vegan options always available
