Experience was TERRIBLE! The food was disgusting and lacked aesthetic appeal. We were told that we could not take advantage of happy hour because our party contained more than 6 people. So we split our tables up to take advantage of the happy hour. Our waitress, Myrna, was extremely rude. She took forever and a day to come back to our table for service. The manager was extremely rude and lacked management skills. He checked on all of the tables in our area EXCEPT ours. When he did come to our table his behavior was anything but appropriate. He argued with us and tried to charge us for an extra beverage we did not drink. Then stated, “it’s only $5.” If that’s the case, why be unprofessional instead of just removing the erroneous charge. As a manager myself, I am appalled and would NEVER come back here.

The waitress was very nice and I loved her customer service. The food was bland and tasteless, not only that the kids fries had spicy seasoning on them and the kids couldn’t eat them, we ended up sending them back by the time the new ones came out the babies didn’t want to eat overall I spent $198 for bland food. (This was for a party of 6)

Disappointing. Our server was pleasant but disappeared for 30 minutes at a time. Brunch coffee cold, tea lukewarm with no ice. Husband's brunch food was two miniscule breakfast tacos--we do not overeat, but really? The veggie fajitas were pleasantly average. The kicker was my husband and son were so irritated that I couldn't even order the dessert (bread pudding) that brought us to the restaurant in the first place. They were so ready to leave the loudness of the music, the tvs, and huge fans that were thundering loud. I know it was Mother's Day, but this restaurant needs to reassess. I would not recommend Botica to anyone. They also immediately add 20% on to the tab for tip, and then ask you to tip again. This business model only works if the service is attentive.

We went to Botica on Cinco De Mayo and boyyyy was it LIT! There were soo many people there just having a good ole time. I'm so glad Botica was recommended to me for a celebration spot. I appreciate the parking validations too. Even though it was uber busy, the staff kept a cool head and their service was amazing. Shoutout to the whole team at Botica! Yall did an amazing job. Can't wait to come back!

Came here for Cinco de Mayo with a reservation for 3pm. They cancelled my reservation after saying they accidentally opened reservations. When we got there they told me they would put my name on a list and they never did. My party ended up sitting on the patio with no server. Everytime we ordered we had to go to the bar and get our food ourselves. The food was good. I’ve been here before and had a good time but this was not a good experience.

I had the crispy salmon taco,crispy chicken taco,and the chicken shawarma. Absolutely disgusting. They slather all this disgusting green sauce that they call advocado ranch on the tacos😩🤢🤮.I’m confused as to what the wait was for the fish, chicken and corn was cold. The most disappointing food I’ve had this year. If you are looking for a place to get a drink. They validate parking. Just eat before you go.

Don't like a minimum tip of 20% being added to bill without being notified by waiter when bill arrives and then a tip line also being included on the check. That is tacky and caused me to not like whole experience.

What a great spot to host company networking events! Botica treated our group with the best customer service. We can’t wait to come back for our quarterly mastermind / networking events! Such a smooth booking process! They accommodated 10 of us on short notice! Overall great experince. Thank you Botica!

My experience is always a vibe when I come to Botica. I came and met my friend this time and ate outside with it being perfect weather. I’ll definitely be returning for cinco de mayo 🥳

Chef Mimo made the four of us an excellent seafood paella on paella night. We were there a few days before and the conversation went to paella and they suggested we come back Wednesday or Friday for paella night. Very happy we did, a lot of local restaurants paella is just precooked rice thrown in a pan with some protiens, this was the real dish from Spain. Our server was excellent and kept the drinks coming. Of course there is a wait for the real thing, but it’s worth it!

Botica is absolutely wonderful! Service is great , everyone was friendly and attentive. Food is outstanding, seasoned well with lots of flavors. Now the coconut Mojito for some reason I just could not stop drinking. Excellent!!

Botica was a great vibe and our server Chi Chi helped to make it an enjoyable experience. The food was great and I highly recommend going during Happy Hour, but if you don't make it, the regular menu is awesome too!

Incredible! Great place for our staff Galentines dinner! Queso, guacamole and nachos were fantastic. Everyone loved the tacos, the jalapeño corn and the mac and cheese! And those churros for dessert!! Maria was attentive and efficient. Easy parking. We’ll definitely be back!

Great vibe, awesome service! BOTICA was so great, that my friend, who I hadn't seen in over 25 years, stayed there from 12:30 pm to 9! That's how awesome the staff, ambiance, food and drink were.

The ambiance was outstanding. A great cross-section of people and an easy, fun vibe. Our server, Mariam, was simply outstanding. She was perhaps the most engaged and FUN server we have ever had.

I can’t remember her name but it was a Hispanic female server that took care of us and she did an amazing job. We visited Saturday and we had a great time.

Typically a great experience for me as a regular Botica. Oddly, the service was slow and in attentive though the restaurant didn’t seem busy.

I enjoy Botica because the food and service is always great. I like the atmosphere, the TV screens with sports events and the overall vibe. I also like indoor parking.

We were so happy to find this restaurant. We wanted to enjoy Christmas Day out and Botica was open. The restaurant has free covered parking (great because it was raining) We were seated promptly and greeted. We chose cocktails and then hot guacamole and the tuna crudo. Tuna was outstanding. Excellent preparation and presentation. The guacamole was well made with chips. We will go for the serrano heat next time. We enjoy a kick. The wedge was great to split and the fire roasted cherry tomatos were a hit. We split the mixed fajita meal. The beef was so tender, with chicken , shrimp and grilled veggies. The tortillas are delicious and had the best flavor. Could eat 20 of them. Overall an exceptional meal with exceptional service. We will be back.

I planned my mother’s 70th birthday dinner there for 7. The food was mediocre, especially for the price. I was not impressed. Our server was great. Cocktails ok. I would go back maybe for happy hour because I am Puerto Rican and I liked the music and vibe. I did notice later on they changed the Spanish music to some weird top 40. Idk.
