Outstanding dining experience! Service was attentive but not overwhelming. Quality of the food was excellent. Portions were huge. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp salad to share, a Fliet and Lobster pasta. We went home with 3 more leftover meals. We shared a 4 layer(instead of the 7 layer) Carrot cake which was also outstanding. Price reflects a fine dining experience and we will be back again!

As usual, super high quality food and the service level beyond any expectations. Kudos to Jerry, our fantastic Waiter! Made all of is feel at home, including my 75 yo parents who didn’t speak a world of English!

The owner of this establishment also serves as host. When I mentioned we had waited a while to be seated, he chastised me and said “you have come here to eat not to complain.” I too, am a business owner. Customer Service 101 always listen to the customer. They may not always be right but refrain from condescending remarks. His attitude ruined the meal before we were even seated. 👎🏻

As always the meal didn’t disappoint. Ambiance is still just ok however waiter’s service does leave a bit to be desired. Always been a patron from the days of just a simple fish market to the wannabe upscale restaurant which falls short on service every time compared to the Des Plaines market location. I will still highly recommend Boston Fish any day, just set your service expectations reasonably so as to not get disappointed.

None of the lunch specials were available because they ran out of buns. Lunch meeting at noon with maybe 5 other tables and the food took almost 45 minutes. The fish and vegetables were drenched in oil and almost inedible. Will not be going back .

We love that they serve lake perch, but this time the fried perch and fries were lukewarm, at best. The server seemed extremely rushed and it took forever to get the check... long after we were ready to go. The noise level was extremely loud and overall it was a disappointing visit.
