We had to wait for over 15 mins at the bar for our table. They forgot about us and I had to go to the front to remind them. When we got seated, we didn’t get a high top table, as requested, which was fine. Our original waiter forgot about us after he gave us menus and another one had to come and take our order. Food was excellent although we had to send back a steak as it was undercooked. A lot of mistakes.

We are repeat diners at Boston Chops and it doesn’t disappoint. Our server was engaged and helpful. Crab cakes, Ceasar salad starters and our seared filets were cooked to mouthwatering perfection. Pricey but so worth the trip

My family and I came for a late Mother’s Day dinner, and everything was exceptional. Our server Bryan was friendly and knowledgable. We shared the calamari, French onion soup, Caesar salad, oxtail croquettes, and salmon sashimi as appetizers, and they were all delicious. Our wagyu tomahawk steak was so tasty and cooked perfectly. The cocktails, desserts, and wine list were great as well. I would definitely come back!

Legit 5 stars! You get what you pay for here. The bone-in filet mignon (pan seared) accompanied by au poivre (props to the saucier) and mashed potatoes were excellent and the popovers were a nice appetizer. What adds to the all around great experience is obviously the staff. From the hostess (originally from VA) to everyone else — server, bus people, bartender — service was great. Everyone knows what to do and seems to enjoy their work. The server even knew the wine list by memory.

Upscale entrance? Friendly people. Server was good, he always appeared at best timing for us, wine was good condition. Steak was bit overcooked than I expected, but it was still OK.

Had the beef wellington. Was real tasy, maybe little more sauce, but overall real good. Sides were great. Had the au gratin potato, spinach, asparagus and brussel sprouts. Brussels needed to be cooked a little more but were still fine. Had cocktails and wine. Both were good. Would visit again for some steak action.

Always reliable, we loved our dinner here. Cocktails were excellent, and I got the Steak Frites with Filet mignon. Delicious and just right. Our server Jay was superb! We will be back.

We had an excellent first experience here. We ate dinner at the bar since it was just two of us. Waygu dumplings were spectacular as was the steak tartare. My husband had the ribeye and I had the seared tuna. Everything was delicious! Excellent service by Lucas our bartender/server. Will definitely return here.

We are on vacation from Ireland to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. The staff at Boston Chops went above and beyond to make us feel special. We received a complimentary glass of proseco and to my husbands delight a birthday desert. Then food was exceptional and the service was extremely efficient. It was the perfect ending to our holiday.

Had a lovely meal. Shared a Ceasar salad, the spicy broccoli, mashed potatoes (sooooo creamy!) and the 18oz bone in Ribeye which was sliced for us from the kitchen ... The meal was delicious and the perfect quantity of food for both of us. Our server "Johnny" was a sweetheart and very attentive to us all evening. Nice evening out.

We celebrated my sisters 30th birthday here and we had a lovely time! The food was incredible. Highly recommend the wagyu dumplings, onion ring tower, Caesar salad and all of their steaks. The waitstaff was extremely attentive and made my sister’s birthday dinner very special. I would definitely recommend it and go back again.

Had to ask for the complementary popovers 3 times and they cane out after the main entrees. Waiter said he usually has them come out between the appetizers and main entree, which is false because other tables got the popovers before the appetizers. Otherwise great experience, manager was great.

Jay and team were the most knowledgeable, honest, funny and kind people - so lucky we got them for the evening. Everything we ordered was divine- filet, steak frites with salmon (best salmon I’ve ever had)- bone marrow, Mac and cheese (OMG) , wagyu, dumplings, salmon sashimi. One of the best dining experiences ever! We will be back for sure and will request Jay!

What an incredible experience as my wife and celebrated our anniversary. We were made to feel special from the very first moment we arrived through dinner and coffee/dessert. If you have a special occasion coming out, this is the place to come.

One of the family favorites for theater night in town. Tonight’s meal was served by host Vinny (a familiar face) and house staff perfectly. Delicious meal, sides and appetizers; cocktails and desserts. We’ll know it’s gonna be a hefty bill, but overall experience is worth it.

The food was excellent, as well as the bar staff. Unfortunately, our experience was dampened by the maitre de— he sat us at the bar, promising a table in 10 minutes. And over an hour later (only after us flagging him down multiple times) informed us there would be no table… despite there being several open tables.

Overall a decent experience. Wait staff were quick and knowledgable. Food was on point. Louder than we would have expected but could still hold a conversation. Only down side was once we got home to see that our A5 leftovers had disappeared.

Went during dine out Boston and the food/drinks were good. Got the pan seared steak and my bf got the chicken which was so delicious. The real bonus was the fresh fries. Drinks were good.
