Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

I ordered the French Dip which was melt in your mouth good! Accompanied it with a Dharma Gin cocktail off of their cocktail menu. Soooo good!

Got there early so the place was nearly empty. Was seated immediately, the person who sat us was very nice. The server seemed disinterested for some reason despite this being her only table. Service was below average. The other tables seemed to fair better with different servers. The shrimp cocktail was average. I don't feel bad about having ordered it but I wouldn't do it again. The corn dog appetizer was delicious. I appreciate that the mustard was the same stuff you'd get at the state fair, and the batter had just the right amount of sweetness. The Bucatini Bolognese wasn't what I was expecting. The food looked fine but for the price point I expected a somewhat larger portion. The Bolognese was much sweeter than I was expecting. If you're into that type of flavor this one's for you No salt and pepper on the tables? I understand the message that sends, and any one who doesn't taste their food before adding condiments doesn't appreciate that sentiment anyway. Maybe reconsider? I expected more given the ratings. It was an expensive, pretty good meal.

Fabulous Mother’s Day brunch. They had all their signature dishes available buffet style. I’ve never been so full!!

For Mother's Day Brunch - The food was very good and there were a variety of options. The service was generally inattentive; we stood awkwardly in the doorway upon entering the restaurant; with multiple employees around us but nobody greeting us. The hostess had to be told to address us; which it still took a few minutes. It's important to note that it was not very crowded at the time of our arrival. The waiter was pleasant but not particularly attentive to refilling beverages or even giving us an introduction to the layout (as we heard other waiters being much more engaged with their tables); or removing dirty dishes. There were other support staff occasionally interacting with our table; the hostess asked if we wanted water to which we replied yes; and she never brought it. Pizza was supposed to be on the menu and they were bringing it around to other tables; they ran out when they reached our table and advised they'd bring us some - which they never did. My mother stated that the vibe felt like it was a family event in the restaurant and we were the misfits placed at a table and largely ignored. This won't deter me from dining at Boom Bang in the future. The food is great and the ambiance is as well. Maybe some fine tuning on the wait staff will improve future experiences.

Wonderful food and cocktail options at Boom Bang! The white lasagna was delicious, highly recommend.

I was excited that Boom Bang had opened for lunch. I made a reservation for a birthday celebration with a couple of friends and noted that on the reservation. We were seated promptly but then it took some time to get drinks. We received menus but then the waiter was slow to ask if we had any questions. Ordered food and it took a really long time. I noted that others were waiting too. The waiter said that everything should come out at once, but it did not. It all came out separately. Food was good, except for pizza that was kind of blah. No mention of birthday.

Really good food and they do a great job with gluten free! Shared fryer and really knowledgeable staff on allergies. Definitely coming back and telling everyone how good it was! The service was fantastic!

I expected so much more from a chef that trained under Robuchon. Unfortunately the food felt short and flavorless. We had the BOOM BANG SAVORY STAR which was good. the WILD & CULTIVATED MUSHROOM TART was not great, I was disappointed by this one since I love goat cheese and mushrooms. But really lacked any unique flavor. The bolognese to our surprise had way way to much cinnamon in it. Less is more The only truly good things we had was the burger. It was cooked to perfection and the taste was great. The fries sauce was the worst I’ve ever had truly don’t know how you can mess that one up. The best best part was the waiter he was nice and funny! We also waited 45min for food at a restaurant that only had 8 tables seated. Over would not be returning to spend my money here.
