    We tried a couple of the new items on the Spring menu - the brochettes and the ratatouille. Both were beautifully presented and tasted deliciously even better than they looked! Our favorite place in the Temecula Valley - and their wines are superb!

    A beautiful setting at a winery set the stage for a great meal. We ate in the outdoor porch room which had both sun shades and heaters. The food is served tapas style, brought to your table whenever it is ready. I’m not a fan of that but we dealt with it by ordering the paella, which takes 45 minutes to make. That gave us ample time to finish the 3 sharing plates we ordered as appetizers. All the food was well prepared and our server was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    It's a nice Tapas restaurant...three of us ordered three items (fried cauliflower, lamb chops and Spanish sliders) and couple them with a nice Spanish red. Initially, I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough food. I was wrong.... everything was prepared and served hot and tasty. Next time in the Temecula area, we'll go back to try other menu items.

    Everything was executed beautifully. The shrimp on drunken olive bread was delicious; but our favorites were the Fried cauliflower and the Torta de Bolero. I was expecting - maybe hoping for - a little crust in the paella pan, but did not find any. The paella also seemed a little bland, but that may have been because the other dishes were very flavorful. Our server was very attentive. We will definitely visit again.

    I invited my friend to lunch for her birthday. She is 30 years younger than me. The server was courteous to me as I waited for her to arrive a bit late. Once she arrived, he never looked at me again. In fact, he only talked to me when I asked him a question. Ageism was very present! I felt ignored and definitely not valued. And I paid the $200 bill! Food was good, but not exceptional by any stretch. Prices add up quickly.

    Firstly, the server, Mariana, was warm, friendly, professional and informed regarding the menu. The meal was superb. I will definitely go back in the near future. Oh, and the live music, a guitarist, was excellent and offered us the best ambience while we dined.

    We tried Bolero’s for a pre-mother’s day dinner after trying their brunch (excellent by the way). First off, reservations made for inside dining, was seated outside. Table was as big as an office conference table and had a layer of dust on it. Food was great as expected. Service not so much. Definately not your white table cloth style of restaurant. Since this is located in the winery at Europa, people were dressed very casual (shorts, t-shirts and flip flops) with some donning their best attire. For special occasions I would suggest somewhere else.

    Love Bolero overall but the brunch buffet isn’t on par with the variety, or certainly the quality, of their regular menu. Nothing stood out. Brunch was just “OK” and I didn’t know that was the only offering when I made a reservation. I dine there on a regular basis and just joined the wine club but don’t think I’d be going back again for the brunch buffet.

    The food & wine was exceptional. The service was not parred well in regard to timing & attention. Our $800 bill showed our enjoyment but upon further inspection we were celebrating a birthday which was mentioned to the waiter but no order was put in for a birthday dessert. We were surprised when one arrived & were delighted with the offer but later realized we were charged for the dessert. Disappointed in attention to our table but our server was overwhelmed with other bigger parties & handed off instructions to other staff & kitchen which is where disconnect occurred. We enjoyed this restaurant in its younger years but unfortunately for us it’s lost its charm & customer services.

    The food was great, our server was very nice and attentive, he also had great recommendations, however, we waited 45 minutes to get seated even with a reservation, and the kitchen messed up our order, but they sent us home with extra food to make up for it. I've been to Bolero before and had a better experience. Perhaps I just had bad luck on our last visit. We may go back.

    Very expensive! $325 for the two of us, but the food was excellent. The empanadas were the best. We will return for special occasions.

    I have to say one of my best meals I have had in a long time. Waiter Mathew was on point. We had the Sea Bass and it was perfectly prepared. The flavors were outstanding. We also got the empanadas and they were the best I have ever had. So much more I wanted to try. No doubt we will be going back.

    Steak skewers were overcooked and the sea bass was slightly undercooked. Both dishes were cold by the time they reached the table. Service was somewhat lacking/missing. At this price point, those mistakes can't happen. To be fair, this is my fourth visit to Bolero and the first one to miss the mark. I would still recommend them and will give them another shot at some point.

    Very disappointed. At first, it seemed like it was going to be a memorable night celebrating my wife's 50th bday. It was just me and her. The hostess greeted her HBD. Great start. We even asked to switch tables and the hostess happily moved us. Great job. After that it was all downhill from there. We asked our waiter (very nice guy btw) for lemon because the Chilean sea bass was salty. The waiter never came back! Not even to refill our water! Basic, basic things to do for guests. We told the manager and she did speak to our waiter. She was apologetic & he came over to apologize but damaged was done. Everytime I looked for someone to help us, no staff was around. We did have dinner at 730pm and we were one of last ones, but I hope that wasn't the reason for the poor service. My wife was upset but nothing was done. Not even an offer for complimentary dessert since it was her bday after all! No offer of comping us which I wasn't surprised. I heard good things about Bolero but we left very disappointed. We could've gone to Cheesecake Factory for better service and food and spent half of the $160 bill. Not coming back.

    It was a beautiful ambiance and the food was good. Lamb chops could have used a little seasoning. The sauce helped. The servers were nice but could do better with checking in more often and removing empty plates. It was an overall nice experience.

    This is not your average brunch with carving and omelette stations. Bolero gives you something fresh and unique! We loved the chorizo fried egg biscuits, the pork belly hash and paella. The breaded cauliflower and elote ribs were a tasty surprise too. We got lucky with great sunny weather and were seated on the patio. Can't wait to return and maybe take in a tasting.

    Food was incredible. Service was… MEH and a bit disappointing. Other than that… the hosts were really nice and seated us quickly. We ordered a lot for two but the winners were the butternut squash meatballs, grilled octopus and seafood paella.

    Mark our waiter recommended the pork belly potato croquet shrimp and Sea Bass. He was spot on. The taste was amazing. So much flavor! Mark has by far been the best waiter we have ever had. We are 15+ year members.
