Food was dry (OMG burger). 3 plates came dirty and 2 forks and a knife. We asked for new ones and were given another dirty plate. My family and I chose this restaurant based on its reviews and it definitely disappointed. The glasses were chipped and when we walked in we were greeted with a coffee spill on a table that was never cleaned during our 2 hour visit. We went for mother’s day and it was very crowded and hard to walk into or around the restaurant at all. The staff was incompetent; they spilled water on my party and messed up our drink order and meals as well. Definitely will not be returning again soon. I would reconsider before choosing.

Celebrated Mother's Day with my wife and had a great all around experience. Staff was great and the food was wonderfully prepared.

Food was very good and servers were nice. The only odd thing is how slippery the floor is in the back. I was slipping my way to the bathroom even with sneakers on.

Food was good but service was slow. We would've gotten more drinks but once we got our food the waitress went missing and we saw her vaping down the street with some of the other staff. Luckily we didn't feel rushed out but also it took longer than it should to receive our check and at that point we needed to leave. I never leave bad reviews and feel bad writing this one but one of the girls at the table works in the food industry and not happy with the service we received.

Normally Boca is very good. However tonight, we had a reservation and were seated in the back of the restaurant surrounded by graduating students from the local college. The noise level was through the roof. We asked to be moved and they accommodated us. Saying that, they were so busy that all of our food came out like warm. We had one girl return her dinner because it was really cold. Our steaks were just like warm and the potatoes were cold. We ended up eating because we were hungry and didn’t want to wait for our meals to come out. Our friend didn’t receive her meal until we were all done. Next time, I’ll make sure we don’t go when the collage is graduating.

Boca is a consistently decent destination with a casual urban gastropub atmosphere. The food is good, and the bar feels warm and inviting. I’m not a huge fan of the back dining room - it feels a bit cavernous, and if it’s a slow night, I almost feel forgotten at times I would recommend a seat in the front or on the patio. Overall, a nice place to go with big parties (a lot of Park Ave locales don’t cater to large groups).

Nice place. We eat here a few times a year. Service is always good, price is fair and food is pretty consistent. My one issue is that they do go heavy on the salt, but a lot of places are like that now.

Making reservations was effortless. We were seated quickly by the welcoming hostess. Our server, Parker, ensured we had everything we needed while allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our meal and conversation. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of chimichuri sauce. The atmosphere was cozy and rustic, making for a great experience. We will definitely visit again.

Honestly if there was anything worth going to this place for, I’d include it just to be fair. Unfortunately there is nothing standout about this place and I would not recommend it. Service was slow, and food was not great. Truffle fries were soggy and falling apart, somehow we even found a few uncooked. Flatbread was small and underdone in the middle.

Excellent food but incredibly slow service. Wait staff friendly but varied from being super attentive to no where to be found. Drinks were a little slow but it was really the food that was SUPER SLOW. Guessing maybe the problem was in the kitchen and the wait staff always takes the blame for that. When the food did come it was very well presented and incredibly tasty. If I lived in the area I would give it another try.

My hubby is 90, I am 84, we were meeting with unexpected out of town cousins and there were 8 of us. We were placed not at a table as requested, but long very high table scrunched into back window with tall counter style stools, they only had two menus at our table for 8, took over hour for food to arrive. So noisy we had to shout to hear each other. Will choose another place on Park Avenue next get together.

This was my first time at Boca, we celebrated my mom's birthday and I really enjoyed it. Our server Emily was so patient with us and so kind. She knew exactly what would make our experience at Boca more pleasurable. By far the best server I personally have ever had at a brunch spot. This is my new favorite place, especially those bottomless mimosas?! Woooohoo! Definitely recommend. 100000/10

Ordered my burger medium temperature and it was served well done. Major disappointment at this price point. Second time here and ordered fries which are pre-prepared, thus cold and not good. Returned the first time and received excellent fries in return. This time, I realized this is how they do. So I left it be, but will not be back.

Both of us ordered the biscuits and gravy and the gravy was cold and the biscuit was super hard. The whole meal tasted gross and had no flavor. It was incredibly expensive for what we ate.

Food was good. Service provided by the waiter was terrible, but was please with the time it took for the food to be brought-not by waiter. Adam was unfriendly, didn’t stop to check on drinks or food quality or need for refills. Took 15 minutes to make initial contact. 20 minutes to bring initial drinks. Ordered a second drink halfway through meal. It came well after meal was completed, over 10 minutes. Service was just very lackluster wish it matched the quality of food.

The happy hour is only at the bar (5 feet from where we sat) or outside on the patio. Why? Got dirty martinis; they were EXCELLENT! However, why a $1 up charge for blue cheese olives? Especially since we weren’t told in advance. (That was an extra $6 for our table!) Server ( Christian) was very good and attentive. Short ribs were on point; polenta was bland.

First time at the restaurant. Food was slow to be served. Didn’t have a dessert selection (key lime tart) and when we were finally offered another choice, we waited for over 15 minutes without the dessert being served. Grew tired of waiting and cancelled the order. Won’t go back.

Not sure where to begin. For starters, this place is SUPER LOUD. Like unreasonably loud. Took our kids to dinner and couldn’t hear each other one foot away because it’s such a loud atmosphere. Then service slowwwwwww. Took almost an hour to get 4 burgers (busy night so it’s understandable). 2 of them were wrong twice. One person finally gave up and left hungry after second failed attempt. Giving 4 stars because they took 2 burgers and 2 drinks off our tab, but this was a one or two star experience for sure which is a big bummer.

I ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was horrible. Had absolutely no flavor and it tasted like old chicken. The special of the day was picanha, but it was disappointing at best mediocre. The flatbreads were pretty good. The other issue is that they serve appetizer at the same time as the entree. So you had to pick do I eat appetizer or main meal? I had high hopes for this restaurant because it looks really cute, but I’m not going back. I have to say that the chocolate martini was pretty good. So if you wanna just have a good drink, it may be a flatbread, then go for it. But if you wanna go for dinner, choose a different restaurant.
