Food and service were excellent! My only complaint is the party they sat next to us were loud, kept using profanity and one of them had a bad cough. Other than that, no complaints!

Great Experience! The only hiccup is that their reservation system wasn’t working right and they tried to seat us at a booth when we had requested a table in the notes when making our reservation.

Loved our server, May. She is always a so great and always remembers my order. The lamb and the duck are my absolute favorites here. Love this spot so much, especially compared to their other locations.

The best steakhouse in North Texas. Excellent wine selection, the sides are great with the main course, and the Giant carrot is amazing too.

The restaurant is nice - our booth was nice and quiet but the one seat had a hump in it so my daughter in law was either tilting into my son or almost feeling like she was falling off the end of the booth seat! But the steak my husband ordered was the 10 or 12 ounce filet and he can’t have seasoning…….which usually means a tasteless piece of meat BUT not this filet it was so flavorful and tender and it was probably the best filet we have had. I am looking forward to returning again to enjoy another delicious meal……

Our server was great. The steaks were cooked properly and tasted good. The bread service bread was tasty. Didn’t have the pickled peppers. Didn’t enjoy the carrot but it seemed to be prepared ok.

What a disappointment. The baked potato was dry. The calamari salty. The smashed potatoes were overwhelmed with garlic. The mushrooms were drenched in some type of marinade. The key lime pie crust was half undercooked half overcooked. The pork was okay, not great. We expected a high end meal. We got something less than mediocre. We will not be back.

Everything was great service, ambiance , steaks, garlic mashed, carrot and tuna Tartar. Wasn’t a fan of the carrot cake the cream cheese to cake ratio not to our liking. However, that just might be a personal choice . Definitely will go again 😁

Had not been in a while, just did not seem exceptional like it had in the past... could get the same food and specifically service at a number of other medium ended establishments. My husband loves the steaks, but other than that it is not my choice of restaurants. sorry.

The restaurant seemed to be slow for a Saturday night in our opinion. The service was average, not outstanding. We ordered the bacon appetizer, it was 2 salty slices of bacon for $22, disappointing for Bobs. Salads were excellent but small for wedge salads. Steaks were cook and seasoned perfectly, our bake potatoes were not completely cook, thus we were only able to eat a 1/3 of them. It wasn't a bad experience, you tend to expect more from Bob's when spending close to $300 on a meal......

Loved our table in an alcove. Our food was room temperature but after waiting for 1.5 hours we were eating it! I am so frustrated to hear “ we have a big group”. Really of course you do. We wanted dessert and negotiated that it would not take an additional hour! Server was missing thru our long wait. People around us were gone before we saw our food. Very bad experience. Not going to book this so quickly next time

Service in the bar 5 star! In the restaurant it was unnecessarily slow. The steaks were mediocre in quality - we have had better. We were disappointed overall.

Steak was awful, not cooked correctly and tasted extremely bland, was not sliced properly either and full of fat. Waste of money on the largest steak they got and the crab cakes were the worst I have ever had not Maryland style even though it says that on the menu , it was a mush burned on the outside with barely any crab flavor / no pieces

Our first stop on a 3 week journey across the U.S. We enjoyed our dining experience but I must say that the food wasn’t upto its “normal” standard. The steak was just okay and the potatoes were same. I’m hoping it was just that evening and not the “new norm”.

Some perspective on my rating. We have dined at many Bobs steakhouses over the years and never have had a bad experience until now. Unsure what happened last night but the service was mostly nonexistent, the food came out very late and cold, and we ultimately had to leave without eating our dinner because we had a prior engagement. I’m hopeful. This was an exception to the rule, but needed to share my comments for those that may be interested. On a positive note, the manager did offer to compensate us for all of our food, and we only had to pay for our drinks that we had already consumed.

Very good experience. Quality of steak and portion size for the price are hard to beat. Service is great, and staff is exceptionally friendly.

My first time here, and I absolutely enjoyed every minute of it from the moment I walked in. The customer service was a very pleasant experience. My waitress was amazing, she recommended a lot of things and everything that she recommended tasted so good!

We loved it. The Filet Mignon was divine. The salads were excellent. The potatoes were delicious. The included side was a carrot which wasn't bad but wasn't special. That's the only reason I didn't put 5 stars on the food. Service was great. Dessert was so good. We were full from dinner but still couldn't resist the sweet treat.
