Installé dans la rue 54th Street, le Bobby Vans propose un excellent service et une délicieuse cuisine, comme dans tous ses autres restaurants. Cet établissement est niché dans un quartier historique (autrefois, c'était le lieu de prédilection des stars comme Franck Sinatra ou d'autres stars du Rat Pack). Ses murs sont chargés d'Histoire et renferment des anecdotes jamais révélées, si seulement ils pouvaient parler. Vous apprécierez son emplacement idéal, à l'est de Park Avenue et à 4 pâtés de maisons au nord du Waldorf-Astoria. Lors que vous entrerez dans le restaurant, vous serez accueilli par le personnel ainsi que par une grande vitrine remplie de bonnes bouteilles de vin. Si vous jetez un coup d’œil sur votre gauche, vous surplomberez le bar spacieux et bondé, où les barmen connaissent votre nom et vous préparent un verre avant même que vous ne leur ayez dit bonjour. Le bar et la salle à manger sont séparés par une vitre vous permettant de regarder tous les autres convives en train de savourer leur repas. La salle à manger affiche un bon vieux style steakhouse et présente des murs lambrissés artisanaux.

    At Bobby Vans 54th Street, we offer various choices for private and semi-private events. Our dining spaces can be divided into a space as intimate as a party of 12 or can be fully opened to accommodate a party of up to 140. Both of our boardrooms are ideal for corporate functions and any other type of personal function you may be having. When dining in our private boardrooms, our guests have the option of ordering from our "Daily Menu" or our "Private Event Menus".

    The restaurant was closed and yet we were able to make a reservation on Open Table. The restaurant’s website didn’t indicate that it was closed either and we were left to figure out a new plan last minute. This defeats the whole point of making a reservation.

    Overall the experience was good. The food, drinks and service all good. The only complaint I had was my table location which is just a personal preference. We will definitely go back but will try a different location just to compare them.

    My 90 year old grandfather who has traveled the globe said this was the best sea bass he had ever had.

    The waiters are professionals. Attentive, a wide variety of wine, liquor & any alcohol beverage. They know their menu perfectly, assist you on how you would like to prepare your food. They let me & my girlfriend split our meal into two so we got to try each others food without having to touch each others plates. Freaking amazing, they also had those 12 seated chair for private occasion looked like some “ The Godfather “ scene man. 11/10 incredible.

    The staff was absolutely amazing. We had one guest that had a mobile scooter and the effort that the staff put in to accommodate her was above and beyond. All of the food and drinks tasted great and were all cooked to perfection. Servers were attentive and very friendly. Dining room and bar were spotless and the decor was well done. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, would highly recommend this place. Will be coming back.

    Bobby’s is a beautiful restaurant. We arrived a little early but were seated right away. Ben was our server, we did have a large group with some people that have not had an opportunity to eat at a nice restaurant, Ben appeared to be losing his patience with some of us. Drinks and desserts were forgotten. The food is absolutely delicious. We do plan on visiting this location again. Maybe a smaller group.

    Excellent service. Filet mignon and Argentinian steak were delicious. Prix fixe menu is a great deal.

    Everything was great! Our waiter was Steve; he was very attentive as well as the other two that assisted. First time a a real steakhouse and it was a very wonderful experience. The person at the front greeted us and was very personable and pleasant. Would dine there again.
