Bobby Hebert's Cajun Cannon Restaurant and Grill is a creole sports bar that is fun and serves tasty food. The staff makes everyone feel welcome, whether they are a regular or a newcomer. Since Bobby Hebert's is kid-friendly, it is a fantastic place for families to stop by for a delicious meal and enjoy each other's company. There are so many tasty offerings at Bobby Hebert's. Such great food! We were there on a slow night which always concerns me a little. My gumbo and New Orleans bbq shrimp were phenomenal! The portion sizes are huge and everything was fresh and piping hot. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

The red beans were delicious but the fried chicken as horrible! So much so that I asked the waitress to bring me another piece of sausage, which was not DD but still very good!

The Service was AWESOME ! They were so genuine and attentive. It’s like everyone on the staff took ownership for the restaurant. The employees behaved as though they all loved their jobs. The food was awesome, and the portions large. Definitely a great value. The food was the closest to authentic Cajun Food that I’ve tasted in this area.

Had a reservation and when we got there we were told that we had to be put on a waiting list which was crazy because what was the point of booking a reservation in the first place! So unorganized!

We had reservations for 7:30. Once we arrived, they had us waiting for 40 mins to be seated and once seated, we had to wait over an hour for our food to come out. Highly disappointed with the experience. It was our first time.

Our waitress n manager were both fabulous! Nice enuf restaurant. Onion rings were meh. Gumbo was the same. But the ravioli was good!

Food was good. Service was terrible. Nick kept complaining of how busy he was. So, we waited forever to get an order taken. Longer for the drinks. And hour + for the food. Such a bad experience with the service doubt we will be back.

Fun menu theme. Great food selection. Loved my poboy and fries. Dessert should not be skipped. Plenty of tvs to watch sports. Definitely recommend.

Horrible! Unless you are looking for disgusting, overpriced food, don’t go here. Embarrassing that this place has Bobby Hebert’s name on it. He should rethink that. Food came out cold and looked like it had been sitting there for a while which is amazing since the place was anything but packed. The service was ok. She disappeared for a while but I think she was covering a lot of tables. The food made my husband sick last night and all this morning ruining our Christmas morning. Never again! 🤮

If you order the ultimate Bloody Mary the picture does not do this enormous drink any justice. It was very good. Note: no entree needed. It’s in the drink.

The service here was terrible! It took our server half an hour to take our food order. She was MIA for pretty much the entire time we were there. My mom has diabetes and her blood sugar was getting low so she asked for a pineapple juice. It took twenty minutes for her to bring a pineapple juice. Our server was no where to be found so we ended up going to the bar to order a pineapple juice ourselves. Only then did she bring us a one bc she was at the bar and saw us go order one for ourselves. When she brought it there was no apology just a “I was going to bring you one” as she sees we clearly already have the pineapple juice from the bar and don’t need the second one. Food would have been just ok if it hadn’t come out cold. I was missing all of my sides with my meal. The food runner said he’d let my server know…because again she was MIA. She came out as I was finishing my meal and asked “you don’t have sides?” She finally brought me my sides but again no apology no comment as she dropped off my cold side..just like the rest of my meal and my whole family’s meals. After over an hour waiting for our main course I didn’t dare try to order dessert I just wanted to go home. I won’t be back and recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Food was good, but not HOT enough for me. Not sure if it was the kitchen or waitress, but the food was the type of warm to feed a baby. I assume the pasta to be made in advance but the sauce should be cooked on the stove top as the ticket comes in. I don't think this happened. Due to "small plates" menu, and good drinks this used to be 1st on my friends list, not anymore.

Well this was Mother’s Day so I expected it to be a bit crowded and perhaps things would take a bit longer. But not as long as it did. I asked my 14 year old grandson to write the review so it is a bit exaggerated but I believe you will get the point. Here it is. “Worst experience I’ve ever had. Appetizers were fine (Ordered Buffalo Wings and Onion Rings). The wings were not spicy and were (temperature wise) okay. Flavor of the wings were good, just wish they were spicier and warmer. The entrees took an hour and 45 minutes from when we ordered just for everything to be room temperature, nothing tasted fresh. A few highlights for taste were the wings and the crawfish mushroom sauce. Once the entrees came out, my burger was dressed when nothing on the menu said that it was going to be. Not only that, it was not hot, and it was severely overcooked and dry. The manager REPLACED that burger, however the second burger was charred black on one side (See pic), and was not the type of burger i ordered. Fries were super crispy. The fish we ordered was also cold. We ordered desserts once we got our entrees and it took 30 MORE minutes just to get them alongside with the burger that took about 25 minutes to cook. They also brought out the kid entree with the appetizers. Now to the waitress, Chayla had a good attitude but only ONCE asked us if we needed a refill. When another server came around, we asked him to refill the cups, so he went to the back, and never came back out with our drinks. Chayla the waitress also picked up a plastic bag for leftovers off of the ground and placed it on our table next to our food we were eating. We saw it happen too, it was in front of us. We left at 2:35 when we got there at 11:50. Multiple tables around us were seated, served, and left before we received our entrees.” Now I must say the staff was gracious but no one ever explained or apologized for an hour and a half delay wait for service of entrees.

The food took to long the burger 🍔 was undercooked and the pasta 🍝 had too much oil Please make sure when severing pasta make sure it no oil on the plate and ask every customer when ordering a burger asked do they wanna well done. Because every customer doesn’t like medium rare.

It’s been awhile since I’ve dined here. The food has definitely taken a nose dive. Fries Chicken was over cooked almost to the point of being burnt. Flounder special was tasteless and mushy. Way over priced for the quality of food. Only thing that stood out was our server Justice. He was amazing!

Food delicious, the waitress tried but unfortunately drinks fir party of six trying to celebrate did not arrive together, food didn’t arrive together. We needed to remind manager we were waiting for a member in the party of six to receive his fried shrimp. We didn’t get certain dish’s fries with food. One guest never received their fries. If it would not have been for the delicious crab cakes, I don’t think I would return. Hoping for better service next time. Will try again

First visit to New Orleans, was recommended by a local to stop here. Food was very good and server was very helpful and friendly. Food arrived quickly and server checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with everything.

The food was fast and tasted great. Our server was very friendly. Our bar drinks took a really long time but everything else was good.

Food, service…everything was terrible! I had to send back my blackened ribeye because it didnt even have salt on it much less blackened seasoning. Waitress was the worst as well. We were finished with our drinks for over 20 minutes before she came back to check on us. I dont know how theyre in business

Had a casual business meeting. Food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting it to be ‘that’ good and was extremely pleased. Thinking of making this a monthly team building “go to”.

We were a party of 4 for a 9:30 reservation. Restaurant was not busy. We ordered 3 appetizers, one of which was an appetizer Caesar salad. It took at least 30 minutes just to get our appetizers. The appetizer potion Caesar salad was not served. The wings were overcooked and dry. 2 guests who ordered entree salads were served 15 minutes prior to the hot meals being served. There was no cheese on their salads and when they asked pointed it out and asked for some the server seemed not to believe them and investigated their salad. She did bring it but had an attitude about it. When my hot meal was served I mentioned I never received my appetizer salad and I no longer wanted it. She once again acted put out and came back with it anyway. I told her I no longer wanted it once again and she said she thought I wanted it with my meal (it didn’t even arrive with my meal) and was leaving it on the table and had to talk to the manager. She did take it off the bill but my point is that she was rude and argumentative even though it was her poor service she was arguing about. On top of that all of the romaine lettuce of the Caesar salads was white, no green lettuce. The barbecued shrimp I ordered was good. The Caesar salads were unappetizing and tired. I am primarily pointing out that the customer service by our server was poor, not acceptable that she was argumentative.
