We thoroughly enjoyed our soup for one and our entrees. The sour dough bread was a welcome addition and the Doffo Cabernet Sauvignon was really enjoyed by the adults while we waited for the entrees to arrive. Everyone was happy with dinner. Our granddaughter enjoyed the Happy birthday celebration and ice cream dessert. Thank you very much for making this a evening to remember.

Good quality food and ambiance. Service wasn’t great. They had our OpenTable reservation ready on-time, but it didn’t seem to make a difference that we made a note in the reservation that it was our anniversary. There was no acknowledgement of that at all. Other restaurants have been very responsive to that with our OpenTable reservations, including a free dessert, etc. It was not busy, but I guess the bar was under-staffed, as it took way too long for cocktails. My wife got her glass of wine right away, but I had to wait another 10 minutes or so before my cocktail arrived. If the weather is good, try to sit outside. Patio is nice. I had the salmon, which was very good. I’d say it’s OK for a seafood restaurant, but not great for a special occasion.

Full set of specials not described but was described to other tables. Bread was not offered but was brought in for others. Appetizers and food came out at the same time. Food was much too hastily prepared as the fish was entirely missing salt.

Our waiter was pleasant, but I sense fairly new. I asked about having a drink, requesting Prosecco. The menu indicated 2 selections of Prosecco. The waiter first responded, “I don’t think we have any.” I then asked him to ask the bartender. He came back and said they were out. I thought about it, and felt it was strange they would be out of Prosecco. I indicated to the waiter my surprise and asked again about the 2 selections. He was confused and thought I meant just the one..? They do have La Marca Prosecco. I felt he should have said that La Marca was available. Opportunity for further training…

Scott provided amazing service. I had the halibut and thoroughly enjoyed it. My father and son had the salmon. Salmon was very well prepared. My wife had the prawn linguine and really like the sauce. The mud pie and chocolate cheesecake were a great ending to a wonderful meal.

Server was inattentive, didn’t deliver food, clear plates etc. Stated it was cold but I had to ask him to turn on the space heater, which didn’t happen until we were done with dessert. He presented the bill at the same time as the desserts and asked for payment at the same time. I made this reservation with the comment “ANNIVERSARY” which was never acknowledged by ANY of the staff including our server. Very disappointed and will not use this place for any special occasion!

Good didn’t have much flavor though. Inside was a little outdated and older, but pretty outside. Over all it was good and I would come back. Trout little dry not a lot of flavor and chipotle swordfish needed a sauce some more flavor it was dryer, the green stuff around plate tasted funny.

The Blue Water Grill is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always delicious! The service was excellent! Our waitress (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was attentive, professional as well as personable. She is Australian, and has waited on us on a previous visit. The restaurant was very busy, but we not ignored. She handled everything with ease. We will be back soon.
