Another wonderful dinner at Bluefins. We got the Chatham Lobster Dip as an additional appetizer! Absolutely delicious! Large lobster pieces in a warm cream cheese based dip with fresh wanton chips. The Korean Short Ribs never disappoint. The Hawaiian roll is a perfect blend of crispy savory tempura shrimp and sweet pineapple salsa. Finished with their crème brûlée and a dessert coffee!

My culinary adventure at Bluefin Sushi in Chatham was a delightful experience. The restaurant’s offerings left a lasting impression, with each dish showcasing a unique blend of taste and presentation. The Cape Cod Monster was a standout, boasting a great flavor that truly captured the essence of the dish. Each bite was a testament to the chef’s expertise and the freshness of the ingredients used. The Toro Hand Roll was another highlight of my meal. It was perfect in every sense of the word - from the quality of the toro to the balance of flavors and textures. It was a joy to savor and left me looking forward to the next bite. The Pad Thai was flavorful, a delightful mix of sweet, sour, and spicy notes that danced on the palate. It was a well-executed dish that paid homage to its traditional roots while offering a unique twist. The only slight disappointment were the Bao Buns. While tasty, they were a little on the dry side. However, this minor setback did not significantly detract from the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Bluefin Sushi offers a memorable dining experience with its array of flavorful dishes. Despite the minor hiccup with the Bao Buns, I would highly recommend this restaurant to any sushi and Asian cuisine enthusiasts out there.

We had a wonderful dinner at Bluefin Sushi Bar this past week in Chatham. We shared the pork dumplings, followed by the salmon entrée, Chef's Choice nigiri, and Happy Girl sushi rolls. For dessert we shared the flan. Their wine selection is very nice and goes well with sushi. Simone did an excellent job serving our table. Thank you so much for another wonderful evening. We have become regulars!

The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we enjoyed our evening. While the restaurant was crowded, the noise level was better than we expected as it sometimes can get loud but other than that, highly recommend Bluefin!

Everything was fantastic except the seats. We were sitting at one of the duces in the front window. The women next to me was talking so loudly to her date that I had trouble hearing my date.

Booked for 6:30. Table was ready 15 minutes before arrival. Service was friendly and checked on us often even while busy. Mai Thais were delicious. The sushi came out very quickly. The flavors were immaculate especially with the Cape Cod Monster. The Crème Brûlée was a perfect way to end the night. My girlfriend had never had one before and it did not disappoint. Definitely coming back sometime in the future.

O This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food was delicious, as always. Our server was excellent, attentive and very helpful with finding dishes for my guests. I always love the lively atmosphere.

Great food!!! Great service!!! The restaurant was packed which made it a bit noisy, but I guess that is to be expected.

Portions were generous. Restaurant was not to capacity so noise level was tolerable. Our server was patient but efficient - we were not rushed to order but then there were several available tables. Everyone loved their food.

Food was excellent as always. Went early and it started to fill up quickly. Sat at bar. Very nice.

Bluefin is an outstanding restaurant, some of the best sushi I have ever enjoyed, including many trips to Japan. Some very original rolls. The hot dishes are also excellent. They do great takeout too! Truly one of the best offerings on the Cape.

We have eaten there many times. The experience and food are worth going back. The one item we miss is the chocolate mousse with whipped cream that was on the dessert menu from 3 years ago.

Bartender did not have the experience to be behind the bar. His service was horrible. I have NEVER left a tip under 20%...but I did last night. Ruined what was supposed to be a happy birthday dinner. We frequent Blufins but last night was NOT good.

What happened? We have been to Bluefins many times and I always order the Bluefins Martini. This is a very expensive drink. Last night it tasted like fruit juice with water on top. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday night and the manager was not there and there was only one bartender, so there was no point in complaining.

Amazing food as always. We sat in a busy corner, so it was a little distracting but the food made up for that. Amazing sushi, and desserts which we have not had in the past. Well worth the trip.

First time for us at Bluefin. Quality of the food was excellent. The service was excellent as well. A substantial menu with many sushi offerings. There is a 90 minute time limit and the staff moves things along which I appreciate.
