Blue Sushi Sake Grill was outstanding! We were greeted upon entering by a very nice Hostess who seated us quickly where we begin our wonderful luncheon experience. The food recommendations were all outstanding and we left full and very Happy! I spoke to the Manager, Jennifer on the way out and told she had an outstanding and very professional staff and that, we would be back! Thanks

I've been several times and it has always been good so maybe just an off night but both of my rolls were cold and so was our appetizer (brussel sprouts). Also, I ordered soup but it did not come when my friends salad came. Instead it came after my rolls, only when I reminded them of it. That being said, the crab soup was delicious!

The sushi rolls had way too much rice and too little fish. Two rolls, the the Flamingo Lingo and the Godzilla Bomb were supposed to multiple pieces of sashimi, but the salmon and tuna were almost non-existent in the former and the latter had little to no tuna or yellow tail as advertised. Great for people that like rice but not sushi. Disappointed.

My server, Rae was simply a doll but the food..I’m not sure if was because it was a 1.5hr left in the business hours or what the case may have been last night but the food and the presentation were below the bar. The two rolls I received seemed thrown together and placed on the plate. I was super disappointed because I truly enjoy this particular restaurant at this very location but last night experience was again disappointing.

We hold our standards very high from our Restaurant to service and especially our food. It seems we unfortunately fell short this day. I have reviewed this with my Executive Chef and he will be personally following up with each of his chefs to ensure this does not happen again. This place is amazing. My only complaint is that that our entrees came out about 15-20 min apart. Our server (who was delightful!) did warn us about them coming out a different times, but we assumed it would be a tad bit shorter.

The food was great, the cocktails that we tried were OK, the same goes for the service, nothing exceptional. However, I understand that the place was really packed, so I am pretty sure that made things harder for them. Again, Sushi and the Charded Edemame were incredible!

We went for my son’s birthday. Thankfully we had our reservation as it was a busy Saturday night. Service was great, but it was VERY noisy in there. Not the fault entirely of the restaurant as there was one group that was just incredibly loud without concern for fellow diners. The restaurant itself did have kind of a loud atmosphere but not terrible. This was not our first time here and I’m sure we will be back.

The sushi and apps are always good! I love the options here, which is nice to have. The service last night, wasn't great. Usually it is nice service! Not last night, I have no idea what was going on with the server, but he didn't care about letting us know when the kitchen closes. My friend and I were wanting more food, but we decided go elsewhere due to service lack. Very unprofessional! He should've let the customers know when the kitchen closes and he had other tables to where I'm sure they were feeling the same way about food and drinks. He was just trying leave for the night and get out. He was very unprofessional and rude... Especially for not giving my friend soup when she asked for it several times. Hopefully it be better service next time!

Great food and great service. Our waiter, Andy, took really good care of us. We will definitely be coming back. Great way to end our year.

We love this place and are so happy it is in our neighborhood. We celebrated a great NYE and enjoyed lots of good rolls, salads and apps.

The hostess was less than helpful, borderline rude. However, the waitress more than made up for it, she was outstanding. The food was also great, we had a pretty good time.

Our server was very good. Food, delicious, the only thing was the music, too loud. Very much geared to a younger audience. We were seated in the bar and I think the music would have been less a distraction in the main restaurant. All in all we enjoyed our meal.

The rolls were mediocre to me, other family members thought it was good. I consider myself more of a sushi afficionado, though, so I am pickier with my sushi. I thought the "boat" that the rolls were served on was silly presentation. It might be good for a beginner sushi.

Decent sushi, just not the best level. Service was good except they mixed up our respective dishes. Loved the lunch special salad. Too much food for lunch, and next time my partner and I will split one lunch special instead of two.

Waitress Krystina messed up order, took 10 minutes and the hostess to flag her down and let her know. Took another 10 minutes before she returned to the table to retake the order and at this point the sushi bar was behind and she had been apologizing to multiple tables. We waited for 45 minutes with her assuring us our order was coming right back when she checked in every 20 minutes. Went up to the bar to ask for the check and after 10 minutes she came to the table to drop off the check saying she didn’t charge us for the food that never came - thank goodness? She did however charge us for an extra drink so we went up to the bar since she disappeared after dropping the check and we were starving and ready to leave. Disappointing experience and sad waste of a Saturday night

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The meal started out fine. The waitress came fairly quickly to take our order. The shrimp tempura appetizer and our drinks came out fairly quickly. Then we waited a while for the sushi (which was fine bc it was a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty busy). Our sushi came and our waitress didn’t come back to check on us. You know the normal - “how is everything? Would you like anything else?” She eventually came back after all our food was gone and we had been wanting to order more. So she did take our additional order. At this point the restaurant was slowing down so there was no reason not to see her come check on us. The additional sushi order never came and neither did our waitress. We were waiting almost an hour. She finally came by and was like “how was everything? Are you ready for the check?” 😮 We told her the food never came and she was like “oh well it said it had been brought out”. She went to the back to check. Came to say a manager would come over. She never came back to see us - if she had been checking on her tables all along, this would have never happened. Manager brought sushi, apologized for mixup and didn’t charge for last part of order. The food was excellent, it’s too bad the waitress didn’t make sure the dining experience was enjoyable.
