The food is very good, but the service is of terrible quality, I ordered a glass of water 3 times, it took a long time to bring us the appetizers and then it took more than 30 minutes to bring us the entrees. 5-star food, but the 1-star service. Conclusion, I wouldn’t come back for the service.

We have been eating at Blue Sushi Sake Grill for years. It never gets old. The food is fresh, delicious, and inspired. Some of our favorites include Yellowtail Serano, Cloud 9, Crispy Rice Cakes, Tuna Tataki, and Itchy Salmon. Our favorite server is Nick. He makes us feel like we are at a good friend's house having dinner. Eating out doesn't get any better than Blue Sushi Sake Grill.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill was outstanding! We were greeted upon entering by a very nice Hostess who seated us quickly where we begin our wonderful luncheon experience. The food recommendations were all outstanding and we left full and very Happy! I spoke to the Manager, Jennifer on the way out and told she had an outstanding and very professional staff and that, we would be back! Thanks

I've been several times and it has always been good so maybe just an off night but both of my rolls were cold and so was our appetizer (brussel sprouts). Also, I ordered soup but it did not come when my friends salad came. Instead it came after my rolls, only when I reminded them of it. That being said, the crab soup was delicious!

The sushi rolls had way too much rice and too little fish. Two rolls, the the Flamingo Lingo and the Godzilla Bomb were supposed to multiple pieces of sashimi, but the salmon and tuna were almost non-existent in the former and the latter had little to no tuna or yellow tail as advertised. Great for people that like rice but not sushi. Disappointed.
