We happened upon this place after a big event at the convention center. We were looking for a place for dinner around 9:00, and they were open so we picked them. It seemed like many restaurants in the area were closed earlier on a Wednesday. We were happily pleased with Blue Sushi Sake Grill! We all really enjoyed our food! A few highlights were the brussel sprouts and the Thriller roll. A sushi fan in our group said his roll was the best he'd ever had. Non sushi eaters enjoyed apps, fried rice, and lettuce wraps. We'd all recommend!

We stopped by for a quick bite and it was perfect, our server was super friendly and was very patient with us, will go again for a more relaxed dinner to fully enjoy the place

A lot of the complaints are service related and I agree! Waiter gave us a recommendation and then forgot to actually put in the order. We then specifically asked for a special arrangement; that they offer regularly!! And they just didn’t do it. I’m not someone to throw shade, but we’ve been here three times in five months and the service has always been so bad.

The waitstaff was amazing but the host was very rude. We made a reservation for 7pm, we show up at that time, get attitude from the hostess at check in, she said we needed to be done by 8 to clear the table for another reservation… I understand that you are busy but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I also had a reservation and was there on time…
