Blue holds a special place in our family. We ate there the first time we visited Creighton, throughout our daughter’s undergrad years and tonight after her master’s graduation. We’re from Oklahoma and Blue Sushi is always a first stop when we come to Omaha!

The food was great, even with a somewhat limited menu. Our waiter left a lot to be desired and it was a bit loud to be able to have a conversation.

Excellent variety and selections on the menu. Our food arrived quickly and was VERY fresh. Wonderful seating by the window affording us the ability to enjoy the ambiance and out. Our server was a delight and very attentive! A wonderful dining experience. Blue never disappoints.

I’m not from here, so whenever I get to make a trip up, I stop here. Being a vegetarian, there are SO MANY options for me. I’ve never had a bad thing from here. The sushi alone is enough to give this place a 5-star rating. I’m not usually a mochi person, but they have the best mochi ice cream ever. I highly recommend eating here if you have the chance. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

I made reservations for 6 not knowing we would have 9 as this was for my surprise birthday party. They went above and beyond to get us set up at a table for 9. The extra wait time was really short. Management checked on us several times to make sure everything was great! Love this place & can’t saw enough good things about it

Always a wonderful experience at Blue. Best sushi in Omaha. Server suggested I try the Sake Toro Nigiri this time and it was incredible.

Ultimately, the experience, the food, and the waitress were great! While everything was great, it did take a while to receive drinks and food and while I understand that things get hectic in the restaurant industry on busy nights, it was not THAT busy where we should have been waiting as long as we did. Did not put a damper on the night though!

My service had the cute nose piercing over her nose and was INCREDIBLE. Her recommendations were spot on and she was attentive and knowledgeable. The seared pepper tuna was the single best sushi dish I’ve ever had (and I used to manage fine dining sushi). The olive flounder with the ahi sauce was perfect. Get the lemon miso Brussels sprouts. The HH menu was reasonably priced.

The staff was awesome and even greeted my wife as instructed. My only criticism is that a lot of the Sushi rolls had crab meat. It isn’t that I don’t like crab meat, it just seems like every other sushi roll had it. That is a super minor and picky complaint and did not deter from my overall experience at all. Also, my wife was super impressed that you actually had a Bombay Sapphire martini with cheese stuffed olives. You would be surprised at how many bars and restaurants do not offer this cocktail. We will go back to Blue Sushi and those crab rangoons were awesome!

Our son takes the whole family out for dinner every year as his Christmas gift to us. We always go to Blue as it never disappoints. Everything was awesome!

Food was good but the noise level is insane. Shouting is required just to order. It seemed every table in there was competing to be louder than the techno music they had at volume 11.
