We loved our first experience! We celebrated my husband’s birthday and he loved it for his special day. The staff was wonderful, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond. The atmosphere was beautiful! And then sushi was a 10/10.

It was a busy Saturday so I understand waiting but I really don't like when food does not come out in the order it should, our appetizer which was very strongly flavored came out after our sushi and that was disappointing, they apologized but the flavor was off with our sushi so made the meal less appealing. I loved the menu, so many vegan options and I definitely look forward to go back.

We have visited for multiple lunch/afternoon meals and had no issues and great food. This time it was a Saturday evening, and unfortunately there were a few issues with service. The biggest problems were that multiple menu items were not available. The worst of which was that we only found out that a salad was unavailable 20 minutes after the meal was ordered and half of our food had arrived at the table. Here's hoping for a better visit next time.

Best brussel sprouts ever! Enjoyed the chefs special price on 2 rolls of choice with salad. Ginger dressing superb.

Incredible food but the club music they blast is not appropriate for the crowd who dines at 5 or 6 pm. Please keep your music turned down low and sophisticated for your middle aged crowd. You can turn it up and go clubbing at 8 or 9 pm.

This is a second visit for a meal and the service and food are excellent. The only issues for us would be the amount of background noise, it makes it difficult to hear others easily.

Still working out the kinks…average sushi at a premium price. Was much better when we went right as they opened a few weeks ago.

Overall incredible experience. The hostess was not friendly but the waitress went over and beyond! They are very lucky to have her. She was so energetic and loved explaining all the options and choices on the menu! The sushi was the best I have ever had! I can’t wait to go back! We tried the shishito peppers and the ceviche as an appetizer. They were both amazing. I would order everything again except the calamari only because everything else was so fresh and light. If you are in the mood for something fried with a few veggies sprinkled in … then I would not hesitate to order. Loved the vibe of the restaurant!

Had a great experience here - we tried a few different sushi rolls - plant based tuna(Pretty good!), but the highlight was the crunchy red and the Godzilla bomb. My only bad mark were the mango crab Rangoon - very little filling in ours and was mostly a fried wonton wrapper. This place is head and shoulders above any sushi restaurant in Brentwood/Franklin area!

If you’re looking for only farmed fish this place is for you! Not our thing, didn’t like the food. Service was great though.

In fact, we have our own sustainably sourced seafood program called, Conscious Earth. To create this we partnered with the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch. Unhelpful waiter, when asked how big the rolls were he responded “8 pieces”, made my wife and kids feel awkward with weird stories. Maybe the sushi would have been good if we knew what to order, but we all ordered the wrong stuff with no help from the creepy waiter. Very expensive mistake to have gotten dinner here. 🫥

First time visiting Blue Sushi. This is definitely a welcomed and much needed addition to the Cool Springs area. Beautiful restaurant. The music was a little too loud for me, but we managed. Food was good. Think I'll order a different Roll next time, but again it's my taste. There is certainly enough to choose from, which is great. Nigiri was very fresh, which is what you want. Service was a bit slow, but it was a crazy Saturday night so understandable. Would absolutely try again.

We were celebrating two birthdays and the Blue team were so kind in leaving a hand signed birthday card on our table! Service was impeccable, from the hostess down to the servers. Food and drinks were amazing and atmosphere was so fun. The music is loud, but not so much that we couldn’t hold a conversation, and it added to the fun upbeat ambiance. Definitely a great place to celebrate an occasion. Feels like you are downtown, but close to the neighborhood. Definitely think Williamson County needs this type of restaurant. Nothing else in the area feels like you are going out as much as Blue. Will be back soon!

Pretty decent food. Very modern take on sushi. Not much traditional. Not a place I would go if you’re looking for a quiet dinner. Menu had a ton of options and was a bit overwhelming.

We had a wonderful server who talked with my companion and the manager also came to say hello and talk a bit, as well. We enjoyed our four sushi choices (LA,Snow White, just shrimp, and hot popper), and crab Rangoon and Brussels sprouts appetizer. Thank you again, and would return!

Quality of food, service, and atmosphere is 10/10. Both times we have dined in, the GM came to our table to check in which is always a nice touch. I appreciate the hospitality and genuine conversation had both times.

The food was amazing, I highly recommend the tuna stack appetizer. The Godzilla bomb Roll was awesome. Service was very slow. Took a while to get our drinks and sushi rolls took over an hour to reach table.

Food is fantastic! We were so glad to see a location opened closer to us; made a spontaneous mommy/daughter date night as soon as we heard it was open 30 mins from home! Served was dry and off but polite. Music is too loud; couldn’t hear each other from across the table (39&12 years old). Will definitely be back!
