Our waitress was amazing. Gave us a great outline of the menu. Made some great recommendations. We did have one dish that was delayed. She explained the error and was apologetic. The food was amazing. It was a great mothers dinner with my son

We love the atmosphere here and are repeat diners. Somehow, my husband’s food was delivered to a different party (according to our server), so he watched the rest of our family eat for 10-15 min until his meal arrived. We had to wave the server over to mention our missing food, which is a peeve of mine. Overall, we enjoyed the food and ambience-the service has been so-so on both our visits. We’re optimistic service will improve to meet the quality of food and overall experience at Blue Sushi.

There was a “fishy”, chlorine pool like smell as soon as you walked in that was nauseating throughout dinner. The loud, obnoxious music was a huge turnoff as you couldn’t even hear the conversation with your dinner guests. The menu is basically all the same and apparently siracha sauce is their condiment of choice and had to be on every single roll on their menu. It was a HUGE disappointment and a place never to visit again. Definitely a one and done.

Good food and atmosphere! The servers were so nice and gave some good recommendations. I also have a peanut/tree nut allergy and they were very good about letting me know what was okay to eat and what wasn't. Great experience overall!

First time there. Had reservations at 7:15, didn’t sit until 7:30 ( which that is fine). The service I thought was going to be good but it turned out terrible! Our server told us to just order a few items at a time and if we wanted anymore the food comes out quick so not to worry about it. We sat there for 1 HOUR waiting!!! The server never came back to the table to explain what was taking so long until we asked for the manager. They said the kitchen was backed up. We walked out. We are locals who have lived in Franklin for 20 years. This was the worse service ever. So disappointed!!

Host was excellent during peak hours, atmosphere was great, our waiter was really good as well. Food was awesome and reasonable pricing for the rolls. Will be back.

First time experience.....Here's our recap! Food - excellent menu options for those who love and don't love raw. Every roll we had was really good, with some unique flavor options. Vibe - incredibly upbeat music, with a stunning wall mural and hundreds of lanterns hanging from the ceiling with indoor and outdoor seating. Service - impeccable! When every team member is assisting every table from running food to refilling drinks and clearing plates, you know you will be treated well. Kudos to the management for instilling a true service focus that is tough to achieve. We will be back!!

We loved our first experience! We celebrated my husband’s birthday and he loved it for his special day. The staff was wonderful, kind, attentive, and went above and beyond. The atmosphere was beautiful! And then sushi was a 10/10.

It was a busy Saturday so I understand waiting but I really don't like when food does not come out in the order it should, our appetizer which was very strongly flavored came out after our sushi and that was disappointing, they apologized but the flavor was off with our sushi so made the meal less appealing. I loved the menu, so many vegan options and I definitely look forward to go back.

We have visited for multiple lunch/afternoon meals and had no issues and great food. This time it was a Saturday evening, and unfortunately there were a few issues with service. The biggest problems were that multiple menu items were not available. The worst of which was that we only found out that a salad was unavailable 20 minutes after the meal was ordered and half of our food had arrived at the table. Here's hoping for a better visit next time.

Incredible food but the club music they blast is not appropriate for the crowd who dines at 5 or 6 pm. Please keep your music turned down low and sophisticated for your middle aged crowd. You can turn it up and go clubbing at 8 or 9 pm.

This is a second visit for a meal and the service and food are excellent. The only issues for us would be the amount of background noise, it makes it difficult to hear others easily.

Overall incredible experience. The hostess was not friendly but the waitress went over and beyond! They are very lucky to have her. She was so energetic and loved explaining all the options and choices on the menu! The sushi was the best I have ever had! I can’t wait to go back! We tried the shishito peppers and the ceviche as an appetizer. They were both amazing. I would order everything again except the calamari only because everything else was so fresh and light. If you are in the mood for something fried with a few veggies sprinkled in … then I would not hesitate to order. Loved the vibe of the restaurant!

Had a great experience here - we tried a few different sushi rolls - plant based tuna(Pretty good!), but the highlight was the crunchy red and the Godzilla bomb. My only bad mark were the mango crab Rangoon - very little filling in ours and was mostly a fried wonton wrapper. This place is head and shoulders above any sushi restaurant in Brentwood/Franklin area!

If you’re looking for only farmed fish this place is for you! Not our thing, didn’t like the food. Service was great though.

Unhelpful waiter, when asked how big the rolls were he responded “8 pieces”, made my wife and kids feel awkward with weird stories. Maybe the sushi would have been good if we knew what to order, but we all ordered the wrong stuff with no help from the creepy waiter. Very expensive mistake to have gotten dinner here. 🫥

First time visiting Blue Sushi. This is definitely a welcomed and much needed addition to the Cool Springs area. Beautiful restaurant. The music was a little too loud for me, but we managed. Food was good. Think I'll order a different Roll next time, but again it's my taste. There is certainly enough to choose from, which is great. Nigiri was very fresh, which is what you want. Service was a bit slow, but it was a crazy Saturday night so understandable. Would absolutely try again.

We were celebrating two birthdays and the Blue team were so kind in leaving a hand signed birthday card on our table! Service was impeccable, from the hostess down to the servers. Food and drinks were amazing and atmosphere was so fun. The music is loud, but not so much that we couldn’t hold a conversation, and it added to the fun upbeat ambiance. Definitely a great place to celebrate an occasion. Feels like you are downtown, but close to the neighborhood. Definitely think Williamson County needs this type of restaurant. Nothing else in the area feels like you are going out as much as Blue. Will be back soon!

Pretty decent food. Very modern take on sushi. Not much traditional. Not a place I would go if you’re looking for a quiet dinner. Menu had a ton of options and was a bit overwhelming.
