Good service by wait staff. Nice choice of sushi and rolls. Creative drink menu. Only issue was AC was not working. Moved to an outside table which was great. Enjoyed the dinner

This is our second time dining here and once again, the food was excellent and our server was friendly and attentive. Our party of 6 had some difficulty hearing each other and our server as we were seated under a speaker and it is, by nature, a noisy environment. That being said, the quality of food and interesting menu are worth a return visit. The staff are eager to ensure a great experience, and when an order came out wrong they offered to let us keep it on the house and quickly brought out the correct dish. Kudos to the kitchen and front of house staff.

Was really excited to find a sushi place near me! The porch looked great to sit at as it's kind of hidden from the street - at a lower level. Lots of fans and tables not on top of each other. Inside was really pretty and again, the tables were nicely spaced out. The food was really good - all of it as were the drinks. I eat sushi a decent amount; however, most sushi restaurants have pictures of some/all of the rolls which really helps! The menu is fairly large so lots to choose from, but it would have been nice to see some pics! Our waitress was sweet but I think kind of tired - we had to ask several times about things we'd asked for. Other than that, really enjoyed and will be back.

I have been to multiple Blue locations in different states. Overall, they are all very consistent in having good service and excellent food for land locked sushi places. The (bar) service was a bit slow, as they recently just opened this location and the bar staff struggled to keep up on drink orders. This was no fault to our server. He was very nice and attentive. Coming from a bartending background, both high volume and restaurant, I understand this. They did the best they could and the experience itself was enjoyable. I believe this location will get up to speed fast, just like all the other locations I’ve been to.

Our waitress was amazing. Gave us a great outline of the menu. Made some great recommendations. We did have one dish that was delayed. She explained the error and was apologetic. The food was amazing. It was a great mothers dinner with my son

We love the atmosphere here and are repeat diners. Somehow, my husband’s food was delivered to a different party (according to our server), so he watched the rest of our family eat for 10-15 min until his meal arrived. We had to wave the server over to mention our missing food, which is a peeve of mine. Overall, we enjoyed the food and ambience-the service has been so-so on both our visits. We’re optimistic service will improve to meet the quality of food and overall experience at Blue Sushi.
