Really wanted to love this place. The atmosphere was great. The service was non existent and food fair at best. Hope management can work on quality of service as it was underwhelming.

This place is so fun and vibrant! Everything we had from drinks, to appetizers, to the actual boat of sushi we ordered was delicious! The staff is very helpful on explain the menu and their personal favorites, and the ambiance is perfect. I definitely will be back!

Everything was just ok. Nothing exceptional. Wish they has some of the traditional rolls we’re used to seeing in the coastal sushi restaurants. eg rock n roll or anything with real crab. Cream cheese was heavy handed and gross. Mehhh.

In the realm of dining, where service can elevate or tarnish a meal, my experience leaves much to be desired. Despite the culinary potential, the lack of cohesive service overshadowed our entire experience, making even the best dishes difficult to appreciate. Over the course of an hour, no fewer than eight different staff members attended to our table, each seemingly unaware of the previous interactions. This disjointed approach led to a fragmented and impersonal dining experience. We were left without drinks and waters for over 15 minutes, and it took multiple queries before anyone seemed to realize we had not yet ordered. The staffs operational philosophy appeared to be “see something, run something,” a concept that, while theoretically efficient, proved to be overwhelmingly chaotic in practice. The constant flux of different faces not only hindered the development of a rapport with our server but also resulted in numerous delays. It was not until a conversation with the host that a single server was assigned to us, belatedly introducing some semblance of consistency. It’s also noticeable that with the expansion of Blue Sushi Sake Grill seems to have diluted its former glory. The once expansive and enticing happy hour has diminished, and the food quality, once a highlight, now appears to suffer from the restaurant’s rapid growth.

It took a little time for someone to come over to say hello but once they did service was great. The food came out quickly and was very good. We got the Yellowtail Serrano (two orders because it was so good), the Tuna Tataki, Itchy Samon (my 13 year old got two orders because it was so good), a couple of rolls and the Uni nigiri. We didn't love the shiso leaf under the Uni. My 11 year old got the beef hot rock and a side of fries. He loved it all. Great service, great sushi and great ambiance. We will be back!

Fun spot in Franklin. Cool vibe from the Godzilla graphic in the bar area to the soundtrack playing in the background! Cocktails are both fun and good, great Sake options and decent wine menu. Menu is deep with apps and sushi and sashimi options from around the globe. Great spot for both cocktails and a bite in a small group or large and private dining. Will definitely head back for a second try.
