Honestly, the food was really good. I think we had four different waiters help us at our table which was a bit confusing. It was fairly busy and not an Overly large establishment. Part of my poor review is probably my own poor planning I had requested booth or someplace in a corner and we were right next to the bar. Definitely not a place for just two to enjoy a meal together. Much better design for drinkers and big parties

Our server was excellent. He kept our glasses filled and was very helpful with the menu. Our food was plated beautifully and was delicious.

I can’t remember my server’s name, but we ate here two weekends in a row and she remembered us :) she was super sweet and service was great

just took our food like an hour to come out but they dropped my food 45 minutes before my dates.

On valentines day we were seated in the back of the restaurant which was very bright and overall not very similar to the usual blue sushi experience. When I ordered a roll it was said that it was going to come out separately, but it was 30 mins before the rest of our food came out, and before the appetizer as well.

I placed a reservation a week ahead, but when I got there my reservation was taken by someone else due to a seating error -- everything got figured out but we got seated at a less than ideal table.

It was a very Beautiful experience! It was my fiancés birthday and the server wasn’t very tentative to us! She didn’t ask my fiancé if she wanted a birthday dessert or drink! Server was gone for most of our evening!

We were in the back party room and the soda machine was making that noise that something needed refilled and we had to listen to that noise our whole dining experience when several staff were back there and it was never addressed. Also the vegan frier wasn’t working.

Food was delicious, menu had a lot of variety! It's a bit dark inside, so it was a little hard to read the menus, but it was great ambiance once I wasn't trying to read anymore.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill is the best sushi restaurant in Lincoln, NE. It has the best high end selection of sushi in the city and an atmosphere to match that quality. The drinks are outstanding, the service is impeccable and the food quality is outstanding. Blue is without question one of the top 10 restaurants in the city of Lincoln.

Blue Sushi is one of our favorite spots to eat when we’re in town. The Happy Hour menu is spot on. Everything we like is on that menu which makes the dining experience that much more enjoyable. The food is always fresh and delicious and exactly as ordered. We will definitely be back.

Blue is hands down our favorite restaurant in Lincoln. We always have amazing service and amazing food and drinks! The creativity they put into their sushi rolls is unlike any other sushi place around!

Went to Blue for my wife's birthday and when we arrived there was a handwritten birthday card on the table, a great touch. Food was amazing and came out quick. Great atmosphere!

I made a reservation through the app and then was told they were closing 15 minutes after and basically shamed into not ordering or eating there. I love blue and always have a great experience but I don’t understand why they would allow reservations when they actually don’t want you to come. If this was just staff trying to leave early, that’s pretty frustrating and unprofessional.

I’ve been to this location 7 times, and last night I wasn’t completely pleased. Long wait times on food- which my vegetarian friend and I didn’t care about. But she received a roll, which we thought was vegan Salmon. It was regular. We didn’t find that out until after we ate the roll. I also ordered a dessert, which never came. I will 1000% be coming back because I love Blue, and the happy hour. Just a couple bumps this visit.

Have been to Blue in Lincoln, Omaha and Dallas and all locations are great. Service and food were wonderful. Lincoln location is a great place to go after a Husker sports event.
